D. LOCATION Landmass studio & Tourism has chosen Kota Kinabalu, Sabah as a main place to operate for the company and here are some of the reasons: 1. Kota Kinabalu is a strategic location for the business, as it is located nearby the international airport ensuring us to provide the service for the client especially from west Malaysia. 2. Sabah has a myriad of beautiful paradise island that a lot of people including the local not aware of it. As for that, we choose Sabah for the local and outsider aware of the existent improving the local tourism. 3. This location is a very famous due to the Mount of Kinabalu, this has supported the reason due to many of tourist visit the area of Kota Kinabalu providing client for the business. 4. The location that we choose located not far apart from other state in Sabah for bringing the client to the island or famous places by van or bus. 5. The target customers for our business are married person and couples.
