MINUTE OF MEETING LAUNCHING PRODUCT DEPARTMENT BEAUTY CARE SDN.BHD

Place of meeting The Launching Product Department of Beauty Care Sdn. Bhd. was held in the meeting room on Sunday, 20 June 2021 at 9:00 in the morning. Members present Members present were: Ms. Nur Farisha Hanis Binti Muhamad Fuad, Chairperson Ms. Maya Zulaika Binti Zamani, Finance Manager Ms. Nuraina Izzati Binti Tajuddin, Marketing Manager Ms. Nur Jazmina Binti Jaszali, Secretary Chairperson Open the Meeting The meeting began with a vote of thanks by the Chairperson to all the committee members present. The Chairperson of Beauty Care Sdn. Bhd hoping that the meeting goes smoothly and achieves the desired objectives and goals. Minutes of Last Meeting The Secretary presents the minutes of last meeting. All the committee members present approved the minutes of last meeting without any changes and supported unanimously. Matters Arising from the Minutes Customers are refuse to purchase our products, according to the Secretary, because rumours abound that the products we produce contain mercury and other forbidden ingredients.

2 Financial Report The Finance Manager presents the financial report for the last year and show that company have get huge profits but has not yet reached the company’s financial targets and said that company should do new launching product to achieve this target. Launching New Products a. The Marketing Manager explain the benefits by launching new products which is serum and toner is the dependent cost is minimalist or low and the company got a high profits. b. Marketing manager makes strategic plans which is making advertisements on television to attract buyers with an initial ten percent discount. c. The cost products estimated around RM 100, 000 but the result of such production will give the capital profit double. Any Other Business The Chairperson suggested a plan for an opening a new branch at Melaka since the state was one of the attention places in our country. Adjournment All the members agreed that the next meeting would be held on Tuesday, 9 September 2021 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
