DobiQueen founder is Mr. Sanglee from Batu Caves, Selangor. He started his business in 2015, and their first laundry store is located at Klang Valley. DobiQueen is a laundry service brand in Malaysia to clean people's regular laundry at affordable rates and provide fast and easy service, and their slogan is "Confirm Cleaner, Confirm Easier, Confirm Less Wrinkles” Refika Novianti Faturohman, popular comedian has been announced as the brand ambassador of DobiQueen. Since the beginning of brand DobiQueen, they have expanded rapidly with ten stores operating in the Klang Valley area in the first year. As of August 2019, DobiQueen's operations were extended to big cities with 60 operating outlets such as Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Rawang, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Ampang, Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur. DobiQueen self-service washing machines Malaysia is a simple and convenient way to clean and dry your weekly washing machines at reasonable rates, using high-duty industry laundries. Concept Development

The DobiQueen apps is an application that has many functions for Dobi Queen customers and aims to make it easier for customers to access the services offered by DobiQueen. This application is offering benefits to those who often face problems in getting laundry service every day. Therefore, the functions available in DobiQueen can help our loyal customers and also for new customers. There are a few variants available in the DobiQueen apps.

The functions available in DobiQueen apps :

 Book washing machine or dryer Before using the service, customers can book a washing machine or dryer. The Dobi Queen app will show the available washing machine or dryer. If available, the consumers can select the services without any extra charge. As a result, Consumers can get the services any time without going to the store.



Notifications for customers Customers will receive notification from the Dobi Queen app when the services are

finished and ready to be picked up. This function will allow consumers not to missed the clothes they are sending out.  Wash and deliver service Customers can also use the Dobi Queen application to get the wash and deliver services where customers do not need to go to the laundry place to get service at Dobi Queen. The workers will pick up the clothes at the customer's home and deliver them back when the service is done.

 Additional service Customers can get additional services in DobiQueen such as folding, iron, and service of washing carpets, curtains, and sheets.

 Online banking and credit card payment method Customers can use the online payment system to pay for their services at DobiQueen.

Concept Testing DobiQueen has used two methods to view the acceptance of new services provided by the DobiQueen company.

Concept Test survey Target customers have been given several questions related to identifying common

problems, needs, and improvements they want. The questions asked are intended to get feedback or reviews from customers, whether it meets the customer's needs. The concept test survey helps the Dobi Queen company get more information about customers and help improve the innovations company made, and the answer given will be used as a guide to the company.

These are some of the questions given to customers:  Age and gender  Occupation  Do you use the laundry service every day?  Are you having trouble getting laundry service in DobiQueen?  Have you ever gotten a laundry service using an app?  Give your suggestions for improving our service.

Prototype: Customers will also be given an overview of the design and functionality provided in the

DobiQueen app. We will overview the DobiQueen apps, such as how they work, how to use them, and their advantages. All feedback received will be made to guide DobiQueen company to improve the functionality available according to the customer perspective.

 Product Positioning Strategy Product positioning refers to the place that a brand occupies in the minds of the customers. Dobi Queen has created a strategy to ensure DobiQueen is always in the customer's memory.

How do these people currently solve their problems? The laundry service is one of the facilities used by the public regularly. Its size keeps the laundry store packed with customers, and customers had to act this way, such as customers have to wait their turn to get the service. When the customer sees the store's situation is full, the service becomes limited to be served to the customer and has to wait until the service is available. As a result, when customers have DobiQueen apps, customers find it easier to get services without going to the store.

Also, when peak hours such as evening or work return hours, the laundry store's situation must be full of customers, and cause customers had to find another laundry store to get service.
