The mean of calories is 105.52, the mean calculated by dividing the sum of all of the observationbs by the number of data values. Median is the middle value in calories data which is 110. Meanwhile, mode is the data in calories that occurs ofthen, hence 110 is the value. Skewness for calories is -0.81, it is negative, the data are negatively skewed or skewed left, meaning that the left tail is longer. The value of skewness is between −½ and +½, hence the distribution is approximately symmetric. The kurtosis of calories is 2.91, hence the data is widely spread around the mean. Compared to a normal distribution, its tails are shorter and thinner, and often its central peak is lower and broader.
