Description The Entrepreneurship Experience Portfolio assessment comprises a portfolio of four (4) tasks designed to demonstrate your developing professional skills. The tasks are: Task 1 Task 2 Task 3 Task 4

Planning and goal setting (20%) Supervisor Evaluation (20%) Program Pitch (20%) Final Portfolio (40%)

The first component of your portfolio is to understand the program you are about to undertake, establish a base line of your current skills, and to set some professional goals for your Entrepreneurship Experience. As you set out on your Entrepreneurship experience, you are required to demonstrate your ability to plan, coordinate and undertake a range of professional activities associated with your placement. You must develop your plan through your answers to each of the criteria in the table below. To do this you must conduct research into your planned experience (i.e. Business Incubator, SPARK Ideation, HEX) and entrepreneurial skills, articulate the benefits you hope to gain from this experience, assess your current skills, and identifying your personal professional goals/skill development for the program.

Specific Requirements All components of this submission must be completed in PebblePad. You must submit a WORD version of the PebblePad content as back-up (it is recommended that you initially work offline using WORD or a similar word processing software to help you better edit and review the content). You must use professional communication. Your work must be visually impactful, professionally appropriate and meet all business standards. There should be no errors in spelling, grammar, tense or referencing This assessment is completed on Cloud Deakin via a PebblePad using the Entrepreneurship Experience T1 2021 workbook, available on the unit site.

Learning Outcomes This task allows you to demonstrate achievement towards the unit learning outcomes. The ULOs are aligned with specific graduate learning outcomes – that is, the skills and knowledge graduates are expected to have upon completion of their studies – and this assessment task is an important tool in determining achievement of those outcomes. If you do not demonstrate achievement of the unit learning outcomes, you will not be successful in this unit. It is good practice to familiarise yourself with the ULOs and GLOs as they provide guidance on the knowledge, understanding and skills you’re expected to demonstrate upon completion of the unit. In this way they can be used to guide your study.

Submission You are to submit your assignment in the individual Assignment Dropbox in the MWL317 CloudDeakin unit site on or before the due date. When submitting you must submit both: •

a link to your PebblePad Portfolio and



a WORD document of your PebblePad content as a backup (this will not be marked).

When you are ready, you can submit it for assessment. In PebblePad, click the 'I want to...' button on the top-right of the interface - this time, you'll select 'Share.' Click 'With the web' and then click the blue 'Share asset' button.



Make sure the 'Hide from search engines' box is checked.



You'll get a URL which you can use to share a link to your Portfolio.



Paste the URL link into the comments box when you submit your Word document through CloudDeakin. You must keep a MS WORD document backup copy of every assignment you submit, until the marked assignment has been returned to you. In the unlikely event that one of your assignments is misplaced, you will need to submit your backup copy.
