The Projects (take home exercises) will be available to students at least one week before the due date. Students may access the Projects (take home exercises), via the STAM4000 Subject homepage, then “Assessments” and “Projects (take home exercises) Task”.

The Projects (take home exercises) weighting of 15% is divided as follows: o Project (take home exercises) 1 has a 7% weighting, due Friday 5 pm AEST, Week 4 o Project (take home exercises) 2 has an 8% weighting, due Friday 5 pm AEST, Week 10 The Projects (take home exercises) will be available on the portal as per above description, at least one week before each set of Projects (take home exercises) is due. These will be a combination of short answer questions.

Assessment Instructions •

Students should go through the relevant lectures and supplementary exercises before trying the Project (take home exercises).

Only one attempt per student of each set of Projects (take home exercises) will be marked.

Student’s work will be automatically saved until they submit. At the due date/time, all student’s work will be automatically submitted.

• •

Students must complete the Projects (take home exercises) by the due date, that is in AEST. Cheating will be investigated, reported and penalized with a deduction in marks.

• •

There are no extensions with the online assessment. If a student is unable to submit a Projects (take home exercises), they are expected to submit a Special Consideration form to their campus Student Experience Officer within 72 hours of the due date for that Projects (take home exercises). This form may be found online under MyKBS, Forms, Special Consideration.
