January 8, 2020 What is coaching: A to B. If you could do it by yourself, you would not get help with it. Doesn’t necessarily mean they’ve been there but they are helping you get to where you want to be. What is mentoring: Having a dialogue with someone who’s done what you want to do. What is a consultant: A person who gives an answer. Leadership: Ego is an attachment to an identity, which is the enemy to collective result. In order to have commitment people have to buy in, weigh in, and have clarity. Coaching Style: -
