Regular insulin works by lowing levels of glucose in the blood. Insulin Regular is short acting and starts to
work within 30 minutes after injected. Along with peaking in 2 to 3 hours. This insulin keeps working up to 8 hours. low blood sugar swelling in your hands or feet weight gain thickening or hollowing of the skin where medicine was injected
You should not use insulin if you are having an episode of hypoglycemia.
