4-2 Journal: Individual Perceptions
Individual perceptions have to be considered in conflict management in the exploration of discovering positive results and behavior in an organization. The employees’ perception of the organizational shifts lacks the details needed to contract any other issues. They have been deprived of information about organizational issues. The ethical issues have been actively ignored issues in some organizations and trends will continuously affect the generations. Conflict management plays an essential role in maintaining a healthy workplace environment. These readings and resources of this week have changed my leadership approach relative to how the observation of behavior. Behavior introduces patterns that may lead to the development of broader information. By gaining this knowledge, I realize that the shared perceptions may influence other individuals and departments to make alternations to the normative. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the generational influences on those that follow has a major impact on the operations and results. Organizational behavior should be analyzed from a personal point of view considering all factors. Full exploration always brings results whether positive or negative....
