Organisational feasibility a) Management process (capability): Go Green’s hiring team would recruit people with apt intellectual for the required job they would be assigned for in the company. Their academic degrees, work experience of on and off site work in similar industry, people who have volunteered for public awareness campaigns, health campaigns, well communication skills, customer handling skills, customer retention power, other key skills and dedication towards work will be properly taken into consideration while selecting. b) Resource efficiency: (i) Non-financial resources and assets will comprise of our head office in Noida, service stations in and out in city, PEDL stations. (ii) our core management team of HR which will take care of the hiring and recruiting of the required intellectual mind for the growth of the company (iii) Operational team which will be regulating and operating the daily business activities end ensuring the easy, hassle free and smooth working. (iv) IT team will take care of the web designing, application building, handling technicalities aspects, bug fixing and e-threats. (v) Financial team would consist of the financial expertise to check the feasibility and finance aspects to help to keep the business going.
