The World Health Organization has recommended many steps worldwide to contain the spread of the virus, one of which is working from home (WFH). WFH is a working arrangement in which employees fulfill the essential responsibilities of their jobs while remaining at home, using information and communication technologies. Some employers follow WFH taking into consideration the employees’ privacy, time availability, electricity/internet problems, and family environment. However, others ask for tasks to be completed outside the working schedule and even on weekends. Write a well-organized outline, discussing your stance whether employers should ask employees working from home to complete certain tasks outside the working schedule and on weekends .or not
