The first article talks about the relationship between self-certainty and many things. A few of these things are radical behavior and authoritarian leadership. The article also addresses how these two things influence each other. This is helpful to my paper as Malcolm X can be described as both radical and authoritarian.

The second article simply goes into detail on what each leadership style is. It also details the advantages and disadvantages and really dissects each style. This will be helpful in every aspect of this paper because it is about leadership styles.

The third article explains all about democratic leadership. It tells what it is and how it is used along with the good and bad of the style. This is helpful because Malcom X can also be described as a democratic leader and can help me illustrate his leadership better.

The fourth article is about laissez-faire leadership. It talks about the disadvantages and shortcomings of laissez faire leadership. This will be helpful in the portion of my paper about President Herbert Hoover.

The last article is solely about Herbert Hoover and his presidency. However, it also talks about his use of laissez-faire leadership and will help me understand his time as presidency and how he employed (or lack of employment) the laissez-faire style....
