This course will use SPSS and other statistical software as determined by the instructor. HOMEWORK will be assigned frequently based on the topics covered during each lecture period. All students are responsible for working out the assigned homework problems and learning the concepts relevant to the course. Please be advised that quiz and exam days are subject to change. Students will be advised of such adjustments at least one class period ahead of time. Students are responsible for attending class to become aware of any changes.

Attendance will be taken during each class session and will be used in calculating final grades for the course. Class attendance is essential for good performance and adequate understanding of the subject matter. Each student is responsible for all material presented in class. Repeated unexcused absences, late arrivals, and early departures will warrant a grade adjustment. NO MAKE-UP QUIZZES WILL BE GIVEN NO MAKE-UP EXAMS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS are made with the instructor and will only be permitted in the event that a circumstance beyond control arises and ligament official excused presented. Please note that the instructor reserves the right to accept or reject each request on an individual basis based on the evidence presented. Please note that make-up exams are generally much more difficult.
