I have acquired social, cultural and economic experiences which are relevant in the nursing practice. I come from Saudi Arabia, a country which holds a variety of different nursing nationalities. Different people from different backgrounds offer their nursing services in different hospitals all over the country. Saudi Arabia consists of people of different races, religions, cultures and social values. Also, I have explored different places like the United States of America and therefore value the idea of diversity. In the United States, I pursued my nursing education and voluntarily worked for different hospitals in the country. As a result, I acquired skills which are required to understand the nursing policies which govern safe nursing practices in diverse areas of practice. In addition, I have learned different values and practices which characterize the nursing practice and makes it more effective. I find University of California Francisco the best university for me to improve my skills in nursing practice. I like exploring different ideas regarding nursing practices and following the procedures which can be used to improve the nursing practices in the nursing world. I have interacted with people of different races, culture, economic background, past experience, religion, and social life and therefore I will cope very well at the University of California Francisco. The fact that UCSF highly values diversity is what made me apply for the university. Also, UCSF has a good reputation and is ranked among the best nursing schools in the world, and this made me have a lot of interest in joining the university. My purpose is to become a nursing leader and empower other nurses in providing the best in their areas of practice. Death and illness of my first wife also aroused my interest in achieving my nursing goals and my urge to join University of California Francisco. One of the major nursing goals is to work towards becoming an ethical nurse who is responsible and one who is ready to provide the best care for the patients at all times. As an international student, I am ready to contribute the skills that I have acquired in different places of social life and add value to the practices of the university. At the campus, I will be sharing my experiences and my successful social life with other students to teach them the value of not giving up in life and making sure that all their dreams come true. I have a strong religious background of Islam which has taught me various life values. For example, I have learned the importance of forgiveness, the value of respecting other people's practices, choices, values, and cultures however different they are from my own culture. Therefore, I will interact freely with other students from different races and backgrounds and share different ideas on how to improve the nursing practice. I believe that I will positively impact the lives of other students in the university. University of California Francisco has been my dream school for over many years now. I am sure that joining the University of California will help me achieve my dream of being the best nurse who is responsible and ethical. The university offers a place to the students who want to explore different innovations in the nursing practice, and therefore it is the best place for me to be....
