INTRODUCTION 

In this essay, I will give you a detail explanation of how I came to understand my purpose is to spread love and happiness and to be somebody that makes everybody feel like somebody. To spread so much love and joy that it influences motivates and inspires people to pass it on. I will also give you an outlook of what my personal, educational, and career goal was is and how I come to understand it.

Personal Goal



In the next two years, I would like to be financially stable by learning how to drive and have my car and my apartment. In the next ten years, I would also like to improve and grow my skills in my music and digital art skills so that I can open my music and art shop where I would edit photos and do digital paintings. I would also fix string instruments, sell them, and give lessons and open a dance studio so I can have a side hustle. Lastly, I will find a significant other and hopefully build and family with them. The reason this goal is so important to me is that music and art have always been my first love and I been playing guitar since I was nine years old and fixing them for five years now. I still have done art ever since I was a little kid and I took dance classes for 12 years, and World of Dance studio in North Carolina back home is my second home the employees there always treat me like their own which inspires me to own my dance studio. My goals relate to my personality test because all my personal goals are very artistic. The obstacles that I will face is not being financially stable or not being able to find a building which I believe I don't have to worry about that type of stuff.

Academic Goal

My academic goal is to earn a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at UCF. I will also start my minor in event management. The academic process I will begin with an Associate in Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Valencia College, and I plan to graduate at the end of spring semester, 2020. I will then transfer to the University of Central Florida to earn my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality management and my associate degree in Event Management which I will complete in the spring of 2022. The reason that this goal means so much to me because I know my parents want the best for my brothers and me and I’m the baby and the only girl on both sides on my family, so everybody is expecting me to be better than and the guys. That’s why I have such big academic goals aspirations because I’m the first out of all my siblings to go to college everybody else joined the military. The obstacle I may face is not passing some of my classes but that where my Valencia resources come into play, I will utilize the plaza and Poinciana campus and writing center and math depot at Osceola Campus.

Career Goals 

I will graduate with my master’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from UCF in the spring of 2026 and my associates in Event Management which I will complete in the spring of 2022. After I finish my internship, my career goal is to eventually become CEO of my vacation ownership franchise which I want to have in different locations worldwide. It related to my statement because ever since I was a little kid, I always love helping people and putting a smile on someone face, and I still love doing this. My career goals are important to me because vacation ownership is a big part of my childhood ever since I was a little kid I stayed at vacation ownership and travel on

cruises which inspired me to go to college for hospitality and tourism management. My goals relate to my assessment results because of my work value cluster is support and says that I should choose a work environment that is comfortable with the management style of supervision and a job where I can have fun but still have considerate and fair management which is what I want to do. The one obstacle I may face is that I may not be able to find a job as a front desk agent which is where I need to start to be a successful CEO then i need to become a front desk manager, work in customer relations, then become an assistant. I need to get my Certified Hotel Administrator Certificate (CHA), Certified Front Desk Manager (CFDM), Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM), Certified Restaurant Manager (CRM), Certified Housekeeping Manager (CHM) and Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) credentials. I will then have to gain experience in some other facet of the hotel operation and then become a general manager then open up my vacation ownerships corporation and have resorts worldwide. One solution is me making workforce connections and them helping me. Another answer is me getting all my requirements to become a CEO and buying a resort and renovating it. Conclusion 

In this essay, I gave you a detail explanation of how I came to understand my purpose. I also gave you an outlook of what my personal, educational, and career goal was is and how I begin to understand it and I few storytimes behind them and how they related to my assessments and why they were important to me.
