9/10/21 Problem Statement: Our company is receiving an influx of returns and customer complaints, specifically in the boot division.

Improper training of the center emplyees don't alllow them to have the product knowledge to best assist their consumers.

Due to understaffing, the service center has a poor response time for calls, emails, and complaints.

Machine updates and maintance are not a priotirty, leading to slow production.

Employees are not crosstrained on the whole production process. This leads to low production efficiency when parts of hte chain are understaffed.

Organization in the warehouse is lacking. All styles, colors, and sizes are stored together and there is no clear separation of differing styles.

Packaging materials are thin and unsupportive to the transit process as it does not support the weight of the shoe and are often damaged in tranist.

There is no inventory monitoring system. This leads to out of stock items being ordered and more order cancelations.

Instructions for boot care and warrenty violations are not listed in the package. This leads for more wear on the boot and more complains as warrenties are voided.

Orders are often delayed as there is only one designated day for shipping orders. This leads to a backlog of work that cannot be efficiently completed in a single day.

Advertised prices are often inaccurate. Customers are charged a higher price in the cart verses when they see the shoes on the website.

Packages are often damaged due to low packaging standards and practices.

Product photography is unclear and can make the shoe look different than the final product. Customers think that the books are a differnt style than ordered onced delivered....
