INTRODUCTION
Figure 1 : The location that proposed for Medium-sized warehouse construction. The Medium-sized warehouse for a Keropok Lekor factory is a 70 ft² project that is located in Kuala Terengganu as shown in figure 1. This proposal is to clarify all the requirements for the project. Enclosed here with are the details necessary to carry out the project successfully. Among the details included are the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), list of the activities during construction, duration of the construction, construction scheduling, precedence diagram, Gantt chat and assumption of this project. All the details of the requirements included are for Medium-sized warehouse for a Keropok Lekor. The activity list, duration, schedule, precedence diagram, Gantt chart, assumption of labors and assumption of machinery that has been used is for build the whole building. This proposal has set the start date for this project on 5th July 2021 as determined and based on the schedule of the requirement this project will finish the construction on 1st December 2021.
A B C Figure 1.1: breakdown of the area in the warehouse The building has been divided into three parts as shown in figure 1.1, in part A is the storage area for raw materials for the manufacture of keropok lekor while part B is the space for processing, manufacturing and packaging keropok lekor. Finally is part C where the sales process is carried out here. The biggest challenge that the building faces is its location. The project is located nearby Pasar Payang and Terengganu Drawbridge, and the construction site itself is surrounded by other building.

Safety is a huge issue in a location like this where vehicles and pedestrians are all around the site. All the safety precautions will be a priority during the construction process. This is to ensure that everything runs safely and smoothly.
LIST OF CONSTRUCTION TASK 1.
Preliminaries
Preliminary elements for a medium-sized warehouse project for a Keropok Lekor manufacturing in Kuala Terengganu with a 70square-foot area. The bill of quantity, which establishes a project's beginning price, is the part that must be prepared for preliminaries. This ensures that the contractor appropriately sets the first price and determines if the item and the item need to be priced. The overall price of the material set aids and precisely defines the
2.
Site Clearing
contractor's charge. Before the warehouse is built, site clearing must be performed once the design, contracting process, and mobilization have been completed. The project site is cleansed of garbage, topsoil, all trees, stumps, shrubs, roots, felled timber, rotten wood, trash, humus, swamp material, and other vegetation or unsuitable material. Next, the site clearing work carried out is to remove the topsoil (about 150 mm thick), any live, dead trees, stumps, and root mats with a depth of not less than 0.3 m below the surface or

depth (measured at height of 1.00m above ground). The technique is to find spots for columns, site boundary levels, foundation placements, and other necessary structural sections, according to construction drawing. Because the entire structure will be developed around the proper placement in order to avoid errors. All parameters, including length, angle, and level, must be

concrete is poured into the formwork. The ground floor slab usually refers to the concrete and reinforced

1.
SUPERSTRUCTURE Build a column Compressive loads are carried by columns, which are vertical structural elements. For example, a column can transfer weights from roofs, floors, or roofboards to the floor or foundation, as well as beams. The height of the column is determined by the process, which might be 6500mm, following which the formwork and reinforcing bars are installed and tied tightly and neatly. As well as

pouring concrete. Roof beams are a critical load-bearing component for the warehouse's structural stability. It strengthens the wall while also supporting the floor or roof above it. The process of constructing roof beams begins with the installation of roof beam formwork on the sides and bottom, as well as the firmly and neatly fastening of

The roof is a building's top covering, which comprises the materials and construction required to support it on the warehouse's walls or upright, offering protection from rain, sunlight, extreme temperatures, and wind. Figure 1 Gantt chart are useful for planning and scheduling projects. Its will help you to assess how long a project should take and plan the order in which you will complete the tasks and activity. For this project, Figure 1 has establishing the Gantt chart for a warehouse of Kilang Keropok factory located at Kuala Terengganu. This Gantt chart reveal the longest of duration for each activity and which activity need to be done first and can be start together. In this project, the longest duration task is for the task brick work, plaster and framing. This is because the task need a fully concentration to be done while the shortest task is dismentling works. From this Gantt chart, it can be seen that brickwork, plaster and framing can be started together with plumbing, sanitary and sewerage task.

RESOURCES Money management is the process of managing money, which includes investment, budgeting, banking, and taxes. It is also called investment management. The Medium-sized warehouse for a Keropok Lekor factory is a 70 ft² project overall cost RM250 000.00 include construction materials, manpower, equipment cost. In additional information, financial analysis of a project is divided into: 1. Estimation of capital cost requirement. 2. Source of financing. The main elements of capital cost include: Engineering and project management cost. Construction materials, manpower, equipment cost Management and supervision during construction. Land acquisition including assembly holding & improvement. Construction financing. Materials: Materials are generally classified into the following three groups which are cementing materials, solid materials, and protective material.
1. Cementing materials
2. Solid materials
3. Protective material
Lime Cement Mortar Stones Metal Bricks Concrete Iron Pipe (plastics) Timber and wood. Paints Varnishes Plaster
The purchase is mainly dependent upon quality specification, quantity required, timing of requirement much in advance. Based on this information the purchasing department will locate the suppliers, place the orders, procure the materials. Indents are generally prepared. The indent should generally contain the item code, specification, quantity required, & time. The indents are generally checked by the store personal. This will prevent the unnecessary buying. Only authorized persons are eligible to the requisition of purchase of materials as per the delegated powers given in the purchase manual. The materials must be transported from the buyers’ premises to the sellers’ premises. Formalities like sales tax & octroi must be completed by filling the necessary forms. These 12
forms must be filled else the goods will be stopped at the numerous check posts. The buyer must coordinate with the rail, road, ship to obtain the materials at the lowest rates and at an earliest time. The delivery & distribution is generally carried on by the inspection. The buyer has to be satisfied by the quality of the product. Checking is generally done by the quality control department. There will be a delay in the distribution of the materials if the materials do not give satisfactory results in the inspection.
Manpower and machineries The construction project provides maximum employment. There are no job security & the workers are hired when required & fired when the work is over. Legislation is generally necessary for the following reasons. a. To fix the terms of employment. b. To provide proper working conditions. c. To provide social security. In this project, worker, skilled labour and unskilled labour being hired in 15 manpower which is John, William, Ahmad, Tarmizi, Muthu, Zainon, Kamarul, Zaidi, Chong, Wei Feng, Hairul, Ravi, Kumar, Ravish, and Lim. Safety manual regarding manpower must be maintained. Trade unions should be established. Safety department should check weather all the workers are insured. Workers should give proper training while dealing with heavy machines. Facilities should be provided such as drinking water, shelter if they are imported from other states, food facilities etc. Purpose of machineries: Machineries are generally used to reduce the no of labour. construction. To increase the effectiveness of the project.
To reduce time of the
Machinery selection is mainly depend upon:
Weather to purchase or to hire the equipment Purchase is generally preferred when the equipment is needed for the entire project. Hiring is generally preferred when the cost of the machinery is high to purchase. It is better to use the equipment which is available at the construction site Use of standard equipment , availability of spare parts. Suitability of local labour for operation.
Types of equipments:
Earth moving equipment. a. Excavation equipment. b. Earth compaction equipment. Hauling equipment Hoisting equipment Conveying equipment 13
Pile driving equipment Tunnelling & rock drilling equipment. Pumping & dewatering equipment.
