Siti : Hi Aina. Good morning. It's such a beautiful day, isn’t it? Aina : Good morning. Yes indeed. I watched the forecast today that it's going to be sunny all day today. How are you? Aina : I think that is a good idea. Do you think that she will accept my excuse? Siti : Knowing her, she is not that strict of a person. She is known to be a person that has a lot of empathy towards others. She is very kind and understanding, too. So, if you can explain your reason for not attending the event, I don’t think she will have any problem with it. Aina : Oh, I agree with you. What if she asks me to find someone to attend the event to replace me?

Siti : Then I think you should just ask around the other employees in your department. Explain to them why you need to find a replacement, and provide them with the details of that event, such as the date, place, and what the event is about. If someone is willing to replace you, then he or she will have a good idea about the event. Aina : That's such a great idea! But, I think that I will just meet her to tell about this after lunch rather than sending her an email. I am afraid that she will overlook the email and miss the notice. Furthermore, sending an email will make the process longer since it takes such a long time to reply to each other. Siti: I agree with that. I think discussing this matter face to face is so much easier. You don’t have to worry too much, I’m sure she will understand your situation.
