Nursing Care -Assess and record details of seizure event, events preceeding seizure, length of each phase of seizure, LOC, and VS -Assess airway patency -Give IV antiseizure medication to a patient with SE, give oral sntiseizure medications as scheduled -Place suction equipment, bag-valve mask, and O2 at patient's bedside
