Introduction In brief, the form of land title given for stratified assets is a strata title. Strata title is the separation into parcels of buildings or property and the issuing of different names for each parcel called strata titles. Besides, getting two or three storeys on alienated property owned in plots each to be held under a different Strata Title as one lot under the Final Title. Title to the property on which the house sits is maintained until the building is subdivided, although it will be registered under an entity named the Management Corporation (MC) that automatically operates as soon as the titles to the parcels are registered. It is necessary to have the strata title for it acts as evidence of possession of the apartment/condo and is used as a loan fee instrument for banks. Furthermore, the issuance of the strata title would initiate the establishment of the management corporation (MC) by apartment/condo owners. It acts as confirmation of the unit's built-up region and the distribution of your stake in the overall gross units. This allows for the Management Committee to determine the repair fees. Moreover, having a strata title can prevent complications should the developer come under liquidation or become insolvent. Concepts of Strata Title
To give title to units or parcel in a building.
The proposed Strata Plan, comprising of the Site and Storey Plan, is the basis for the proposed construction subdivision.
The Certified Strata Plan is planned, accepted, recorded and registered as a Strata Title after approval.
Objective The objective of the project is to get to know and to measure its bearing and distance match according to its plan. The types of measurement we should do in this project are :-
Re-survey of lot boundaries
Detailed Survey (to determine the location of main and provisional blocks)
Measurement of each storey's height
Measurement of horizontal parcel lengths, accessory parcels and shared property Survey of parcels of land under the strata method.
Methodology Reconnaissance
Reconnaissance is very important to get the general view and to know the real topographical surface of the survey site.
To get the overall picture of the area to be survey can be done smoothly
To identify and obstacles.
To locate traversing stations.
Horizontal Angle Measurement
Standard traverse -Standard traverse consist a series of traverses high accuracy. The linear accuracy in 1:25000 and the angular is 1.5" per station. The purpose of standard traverse is to density secondary control point and as a control network for cadastral survey. Beside that it used for mapping and geodetic control network.
Azimuth control
The azimuth controls get by doing solar observation.
The angular check by solar observation at intervals not exceeding 25 stations.
The true bearing form solar observation was compared between Global Positioning System (GPS).
CRM
According to survey circular 2009, part of survey datum is two new CRM with distance not less than 30 meter.
The observation can be in static method with condition that both point must observe on same time.
The observation takes about 40 minutes except the master set observation where the observation was about an hour.
Adjustment
Tolerance between internal and external angle is 5".
Applied M correction.
Final bearing for each line to be computed.
Angular and Linear Misclosure
Angular 1.5" per station.
Linear Misclosure 1:25000
Standard traverse equipment Equipment
Usage Total station Total station is the most important equipment in survey.
It is used in traversing and detail survey.
Can be obtain bearings and distances almost accurate using this equipment.
To get the straight line of sight.
Prism As reflector unit where it will give the information about bearing and distance during the observation.
Tripod To hold the total station prism.
To make sure total station or prism correctly positioned on the point and level.
Hammer Used to knock the nail at the hard surface.

Reconnaissance -Before starting the survey, reconnaissance is important to know and identified the topographical detail the place of the area. Besides that, it needs to be done first to avoid any obstacles during field work and to make sure field work done smoothly.
Fieldwork
DFT -The differential field test should be carried out at the start of every new survey job to make sure that the instrument to be used in a good condition. It is important to ascertain if rhe EDM or total station is unacceptable working order.
Procedure of traversing 1. Start from known point line (CRM for station 1) 2. Set the instrument at station 2 and set 0d00'15" in circle left and target to station CRM1. 3. Observe to station 1. 4. Take the horizontal and vertical angle's reading of station 1. 5. Take the distance reading of station 2 to station 1. 6. At station 2 and set 180d00'15" in circle right and target to station CRM1 and observe to station 1. 7. Take the horizontal and vertical angle reading of station 1. 8. Take the distance reading of station 2 to 1.. 9. Repeat the same step for station 3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9. Procedure of solar observation 1. Put the total station on 2 and prism on CRM1. 2. The focus on prism and set RO value. 3. Make sure that total station is in face left.
4. Total station was set to RO then click ok. The bearing was recorded automatically then target to the sun. 5. Using face left, the sun position was observed on crosshair in the total station then click ok. 6. And then change to face right click ok. 7. Close to RO back. Then click save. 8. Repeat the same step for another set.

SKETCH SET 2

AZULAIDIL FAHMI BIN AZNAM (2018283944) Due to Covid-19 issue, we were enforced to stay at home and learned through online platform Even though we were required to stay at home during this semester, the commitment from our lecturer had gave us basic knowledge for us on how to perform observation at site theoretically. Not only is it important for us to understand how the procedure works but it is also important for us to understand how we were able to acquire results. Secondly, team building. Communication during this pandemic issue surely is more difficult than a normal face-to-face method. We might have different understanding on certain issues. However, we managed to learn on how to discuss efficiently via online. In this era of technology, there are way too many platforms to do discussion We somehow work together to accomplish the task based on requirement needed. Generally, my members had shown decent commitments and responsible with the work given. There were times where we had undergone some confusions on certain issues especially during the process in Strata Title Survey report. However, in the end we were able to accomplish the task in according to the objectives
MUHAMAD ZULKARNAIN BIN MAJLAN (2018697888) Thank to Allah s.w.t finally our group managed to finish this Cadastral Survey task 1 either at the class or in preparing the report. Also, a lot of thanks to my lecturer for giving me some information how to do this task and finishing the report. Firstly, my group getting familiar with the icons in standard traverse calculation, we found that using the standard traverse is done by observing horizontal distance, horizontal angle, solar observation and GPS observation. The standard traverse observes by angle method which is define the interior and exterior angle and the total should be 360 degree. The solar observation is needed for the azimuth control at the starting bearing and the correction for the traverse. At last, we must know the procedure of standard traverse before going to any advance method as a surveyor.
AHMAD ZHAFRI BIN MOHD RAMLE (2018408084) Honestly, from this task, we had learned many new things. We know the difference of the control traverse and standard traverse. And also know how to do the standard traverse and booking. Due to the covid-19 pandemic that is hitting the world now, we as student semester 5 cannot continue the survey job at the university but this is not a problem for us not to complete the standard traverse report. During the survey work done, we had big problem when we just need to continue this based on our experience while doing survey jobs during the last semesters. I’m lucky to be in my group because they can work together even though now we cannot face to face to discuss about survey jobs and many misunderstandings between us. But it is not big trouble. However, that is not a problem for us because our lecturer, Madam Wani, also helped us a lot. Their hardworking is greatly appreciate. Thank you guys for giving for our group a commitment for this first report.
MOHAMAD AMIRUN HAKIMI BIN MOHD AZIRUN (2018258744) For my opinion, in this assignment we learn a lot of new things that we can use in future. Even we can't do this assignment face to face with our friends, we still can finish this assignment. In this assignment, I learn how to differentiate between control traverse and standard traverse. Then, when we do this assignment, we lack of communication because of pandemic covid-19, then we need to make a group WhatsApp to have a discussion. Then, I am really happy because all of my group give a good teamwork to finish this assignment. Even though we have a problem, we still can manage it properly with my teammates. Finally, I am really happy to have a very good teammates to do this assignment and can finish at the specified time and can learn how to do a calculation and work in group.
FARID BIN MUNANDAR 2018675722 First of all, I would like to thank our lecturer, Madam Wani for her guidance and help throughout the task. Due to online learning, it was quite challenging because we didn’t get to experience doing the task on field. Every discussion and work progress are all via online. There was a problem where we don’t understand some part of the task. However, with excellent communication and teamwork between our group members, we manage to overcome each of the problems distinctively. Overall, I am very happy and comfortable to be in this group and I look forward to working with them again.
Wan Mohamad Fikrie Bin Wan Aziz (201866558) Overall, how I feel for this project is at first is I don’t understand anything about standard traverse, how to calculate mean angle, how to find bearing from angle but after we finished this project my knowledge about this task has improved. But I felt a little frustrated because we are doing this task online and we cannot have a practical at the field, however we still manage to finish the task and gain something new for ourselves. My teammate also play their own role and give their best to make sure this task was completely smooth. When there is a problem we have a discussion on WhatsApp and give feedback to the problem. All in all, I feel happy that this task was compl...
