SYNOPSIS

A young African American know as Cassius green is unemployed and therefore unable to pay rent while living at his uncle's garage with his girlfriend, Detroit. Eventually, he manages to get a job at a telemarketing company called RegalView. Even though in the job interview his boss recognizes he had lie on his CV but gave him the job anyways because he had got initiative and can read. "initiative here meaning: The willingness to lie to get what you to" This means appearing to follow the scripts while simultaneously doing whatever it takes to make a sale, to close that deal and make a profit even if it means lying.

At first, it was difficult for Cash to make sales until a co-worker teaches him the secret to success in finding and using a "white voice" in order to succeed in the company's sales efforts. Cash soon finds he has got a knack for it, and this quickly propelled him to the rank of "Power Caller", a luxurious suite upstairs were elite salespersons make deals selling weapon and slave labour. Cash eventually navigates his way up the socio-economic ladder as he secures contracts for the company WorryFree while his personal life and relationships is thrown into disarray.
