CLINICAL PRESENTATION:

Focused assessment: Inspect:  For use of accessory muscles and work of breathing  Configuration and symmetry of the chest  Respirations for rate (1 minute), depth, rhythm pattern  Skin colour of lips, face, hands, feet  O2 saturation with a pulse oximeter
