One could create its own blend using various ingredients as well as herbs that have various benefits this innovative idea is in huge demand within the market it has around 50 staff members for different works within the unit. By knowledge management we mean the conceptual process of characterizing, coordinating, retaining and exchanging the data and knowledge of employees within an organization. The basic purpose of the executives' data is to increase the efficiency of an association and spare knowledge within the enterprise. Hobart tea town has faced few problems, but it’s been able to manage the company with its gained experience and good marketing strategy , despite the determinations that have been introduced in this sector, it still faces difficulties, particularly with companies with branches all over the Hobart. These issues range from the adoption, use and distribution of information to all the organization's stakeholders, who are directly and indirectly affected. Tactical information is mental and difficult to observe, but it can be put into practical use by sharing to become an integral part of the management of a company (Gardner et.al 2001). Knowledge assets are Intangible properties that are information, such as best practises, clear codified knowledge, intellectual property (Fannoun & Kerins, 2018) and knowledge of the organization's individual members. With the hope that potential gains will be gained from them, companies bring money into their information reserves. Such expenditures require the use of any company procedures or instruments that improve the efficiency of the organization's expertise. Information management offers the tools and procedures for companies to handle there are 3 type of management of information that represent its revolution. The emphasis was on the origins of knowledge and documentation of that knowledge borrowed from individuals within an organisation. Management Information Management Learning, imagination, and knowledge management are very necessary instruments for employees to attract competitive advantage and to achieve overall success. Nevertheless, despite the determinations that have been enforced in this sector, it still experiences challenges, particularly (Wood, J., 2003) with companies with branches all over the world. These issues range from the adoption, use and distribution of information to all the organization's stakeholders, who are directly and indirectly affected. The company business specializes in fine bone china, glass tea ware and tea products using contemporary and classic products that enhances lives of people its basic motive is quality and a healthy lifestyle. Tea rooms are also available for dining where one could get personal space without disturbance also staff help for further wheelchair and pram assistance. The tea prepared is made from various herbs brought from various countries and blended with tea extracted from Assam, Sri Lanka and India and herbs brought are organic and from all the four corners of earth. Hobart tea town is considered as one of the most innovative retailers as it understands the need of the customer and available for home delivery. Consumers can shop the essentials from their home and can prefer online delivery. also, they could check the price and quality of a product within different stores compared to the company. Its main objectives is to include core focus on the making improvement in operational process and enhance the customers experience. ( Hua Tan 2020) Its target is to improve the overall performance of the store managers by making sure that the tasks given within the stores are carried out properly to improve the business. By knowledge dissemination we mean spread of knowledge all across the business

to boost up the business that would eventually give better revenue The knowledge assets within the company are utilized properly and are disseminated within the different business unit as it believes in sharing of knowledge within its workers so that they could understand the problems the business is facing and could come up with various different innovative ideas that could further help in boosting up the finances of the business as workers are considered as an integral part of Hobart town tea. The manager is given an adequate responsibility to make experiments within the store according to requirement to grow its business using knowledge assets they have and applying it adequately. It tries on experimenting various new flavors, make it available to customers and review it so that they could enhance their business. the firm's new product creation team takes use of the staff's implicit expertise to generate developments in organizational goods. It requires exhausting thoughts and information in the workplace, then arranging knowledge into principles and bringing knowledge into conception through strong interpersonal interactions before applying knowledge techniques to the company's supply chain processes.
