Chapter 3: Geppetto goes home and makes the puppet (Marionette). He then runs away -

Chapter 4: Pinocchio meets a wise cricket that tells him good boys shouldn’t run away from their fathers and he should learn a trade. Pinocchio throws a mallet at him and kills him. Chapter 5: Pinocchio is hungry. -

Finds an egg that turns out to be a chick that flies away

Chapter 6: Pinocchio falls asleep with his feet on the brazier and they burn off. Geppetto comes. Chapter 7: pinoccho cant open the door – Geppetto comes in threw the window and give him the pears -

Chapter 9: Pinocchio sells his primer/ abc book so he can see the marionettes Chapter 10: puppets recognise Pinocchio as one of them but fire- eater, the showman, wants to use Pinocchio to cook up the other half of the lamb -

Chapter 11: fire-eater sneezed and pardons Pinocchio because he feels bad after hearing him cry. Asks for another puppet (Harlequin). Pinocchio offers himself instead and then both of them are pardoned. Chapter 12: fire eater gives Pinocchio 5 pieces of gold to bring back to his father. Meets fox and blind cat.

Lame cat isn’t actually lame (lifts paw to see gold) Fox says lame is due to school and blind cat says the same Bird comes and warns Pinocchio that the cat then killed and then went blind again Fox offers him more gold if he goes with them Field of wonders, dig a hole and bury the piece and next morning will have a tree of gold

Chapter 13: Went to a hotel – Red Crab Inn. The cat and the fox ate a lot. Pinocchio went to sleep. They left Pinocchio with the bill. -

Ghost of the cricket tells him to go home

Chapter 14: doesn’t believe in assassins. Two figures come out -

“your money or your life…after killing you- well kill your father” Bite cats paw off and then ran away and up a tree Burned down the tree and he came down and ran away. Found a deep muddy pool and jumped it. The assassins fell into it. And then continued the chase

Chapter 15: found cottage and banged on it. -

Assassins caught him and broke their knife on him. Hung him. Chapter 16 - ghost girl clapped hand and called a falcon to realse him. Shes a fairy. Poodle brought him to the fairy. Docs (falcon and owl) came and cannot decide if he is dead or alive. Cricket judges him. Chapter 17- he had a fever. And fairy gave him a drink. He refused until the 4 rabbits came with his coffen. He felt much better. - im a boy quote Lied - said he lost the gold and nose grew. Two types of lies; short legs and long noses Chapter 18 - fairy had woodpeckers to reduce his nose. Ran into fox and cat. Went with them. No heart and little brain qoute. Went to a city thats very poor. Buried the gold and then the cat and the fox walked away they said go get water so you can water it. Chapter 19 - parrot laughs at him. Fox and cat stole the gold while was in the city. Pinocchio reported the robbery. Was taken to prison spent four months. Let go because empiror was celebrating, let all the theifs go.

Chapter 20- went to fairys place. Vows to be obedient. Ran into serpent and ran away waiting for it to leave. Then asked him to move. Ignored and then snaped at pinocchio. Laughed so hard he died. Then got caught in a trap by a farmer trying to have some grapes. Chapter 21- glow worm chastises him. Farmer uses him to gaurd the hen house. Chapter 22- four weasels came. Offered him a chicken and he cought them in the coop. Tells farmer what happened and then he let him go Chapter 23- went to the fairys place and found that it was gone. The fairy died of a broken heart from being left by her little brother. Pigean asks him who he is and says he knew gechetto who is boating to the new world to look for pinocchio. Pinocchio road on pigeans back to the seashore. Ask a old lady whats going on- she showed him the boat. Waved to his dad whom say him and then went overboard. Pinocchio jumped in the water after him. Chapter 24- swam to a little island. Saw a dolphin, asked about food and asked about his father. Told him of the shark. Ran into a town. Quote of begging. Asks a guy for money and he said help pull the carts. Another guy was a brick layer. More others came by and all daid the same; work. A lady walks by with water jugs. She bribed him with food and he carried a jug to her place. Eat there. Looks like the fairy. Chapter 25- was the fairy. Fairy says Act like a well behaved child and will grow to be a man. Became his mother. Work quote. Chapter 26- he went to school. He was teased. He hit them. Friends with rascals that dont work. Convinced him to ditch school and go to the shore to see a shark. Chapter 27- was a trick. Fight broke out. They started throwing atuff at pinocchio. Crab came and yelled at them. Pinocchio yelled at him back. One boy hit another boy with a big book and then they all ran away. Pinocchio takes care of the broken boy. (Eugene) Two men came and, thinking pinocchio hurt the boy, took him. Ran away using the hat. Dog chased after him. Chapter 28- jumped into the water. And the dog was drowning. Promised not to run after him if he saves him. Pinocchio saved him. Karma quote. Got caught in a fish net. Fisherman wants to fry him. Chapter 29- dog comes into the cave. Dog saved pinocchio. Dogs named aladoro. Sees old man and lies and nose grew. Uses garbage bag as clothes. Goes home. Snail is coming to open the door. Takes a long time. Knocker turns into eal. Kicked door and got his foot stuck. Snail took 9 hours and opened the door. Snail brings food that isnt food. Blacked out and woke up on the couch. Was a good boy for rest of year. Chapter 30- romeo; lampwick his best friend. Told pinocchio about land of toys. Tryes to get pinocchio to come but he says no. Stays longer then he should. Gets dark.

Chapter 31- donkeys wore boys shoes. Pinocchio agrees to go. Donkey kicks him and the man bite off half his ear. And then bite off half the other ear. Hears a voice telling him he is wrong. Cant see who it is. Jumped to the ground and ran to the donkey and saw that the donkey was weeping. Got there and looked around. Spent months playing there. Chapter 32- found donkey ears. Door mouse tells him he is going to be a donkey. Looked for lampwick. Found him in his place with ears. Laughed untill they turned full donkey. Little man shows up at door. Chapter 33- little man took the donkeys to town to sell them. Lampwick went to a farmer. Pinocchio went to a circus. Pinocchio was wipped by owner and learned tricks. Fairy came to show with a necklace of a marionette. Fairy left and he started to cry. He locked his foot in a hoop, and hurt his foot. Vet said he would be lame. Buyer (paid 4 cents) takes him to a cliff and through him into the water and his new master sat and waited for him to die so to skin him. Chapter 34- pulled up the donkey and saw a very alive marionette. Untied him and told buyer his tale. Fairy sent a bunch of fishes to eat the donkey. Ate all the donkey around the marionette. Buyer wanted to sell him as wood but then he jumped into the water and swam away. Found a white rock in middle of water with a hurt goat. Sea monster jumps out.
