Russia became the "new nazi" because they have build the hydrogen bomb. Many scientist feeling slaved towards the build and could not stop. Wanted many countries to know and The UN. Many scientists did not understand the consequences of their actions until the bombing and after Hiroshima they were never the same after the bombing. 1. 1.
