The coffee shop is strategically located near St. Paul Hospital address 625 Robert Street N, St. Paul, Minnesota 55155. Timmy Coffee Shop was established under a partnership by two brothers after completion of their undergraduate course. Timmy Coffee Shop for many customers is a place to dream of as they try to escape from their daily stresses at workplace and personal activities. As a result, Timmy Coffee Shop has become famous for coffee addicts locally and numerous tourists visiting different attraction scenes in Minnesota State. The serene environment provided by Timmy Coffee Shop has recently created a meeting point for friends and families where they can sit and have a talk or read a book. The shop operates in a 200square foot shop which is located at a walking distance from St. Paul Hospital. The coffee startup capital was $30, 000 which was savings and loan by the partners. Currently Timmy Coffee Shop has 9 employees, where 6 are part time while the three are permanent. Timmy Coffee Shop offer coffee, breakfasts and tea with the most customers being the medical practitioners form St. Paul Hospital. Timmy Coffee Shop SWOT analysis In the modern business, SWOT analysis is an effective tool which can help businesses in making decisions and planning through offering key issues which the business can focus on. Additionally, SWOT analysis can be used as an official tool for strategic planning by both small and large businesses. Through SWOT analysis, a business has the ability to access it strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats which have a significant impact on the future success of the business and attaining business objectives. in a business, the strengths and weaknesses are the internal factors or macro factor which a business has control. on the other hand the opportunities and threats are macro factors or external factors which are uncontrollable by a business. Strengths Timmy Coffee Shop strengths refer to the aspects and capabilities which the enterprise can do well. Strengths at Timmy Coffee Shop are resources and other factors which are better compared to those of the competitors. Through these strengths Timmy Coffee Shop have major advantages

in the market place over the competitors. Some of the strengths of Timmy Coffee Shop include: firstly, the business offer broad range of products. Secondly, Timmy Coffee Shop brand name is little known outside St. Paul and this means that there is little business from outsider.
