Supervisor Director Texas Municipal Engineering 2201 Main St #475 Dallas, TX, 75201 July 6, 2021 Mavis Bartholomew All-Out Engineering 827 River Drive, Tacoma, Washington Dear Mr. Bartholomew: I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Abraham McMasters. Abraham worked for me in the administration Department at Texas Municipal Engineering for 5 years. He began here as an intern and continued to serve with increasing skill in that capacity as Administration Assistant. During Abraham's service with us, I interacted frequently with him and depended on him. Very much a team player, Abraham was always punctual, yet easygoing. He was keenly devoted to his work, but being a real people person, he was also enjoyable to be around.

Abraham demonstrated from early in his tenure that he understood what business is all about. He was well organized. He was quite aware of the bottom line and had a knack for recognizing and eliminating waste. I suppose doing well in business is easy if you are, as he was, efficient by nature. Abraham has a remarkable work ethic. Even under high pressure, he kept his spirits up and increased the team's morale. He is also very apt in the usage of typical office software - especially spreadsheet problems he could usually solve much quicker than most of his colleagues. I would like to be very clear about why Abraham is no longer with us. Abraham is available only because his wife had been transferred for work, needing him to relocate. We really are disappointed to lose such an important member of our team.

We deeply regret letting go of such an excellent employee and would like to thank him for his superior work. He would be a tremendous asset to your company and has my highest recommendation. I am without a doubt sure that Abraham will be a valuable employee in your company. I enthusiastically recommend him and wish him the very best for the future. Sincerely,

Supervisor Director Texas Municipal Engineering
