Elaine Downing 4 posts Re: Topic 1 DQ 1 Hunting tribes hunted whatever animal was in their range. Sometimes the hunting tribes also followed the animals so they could find those that were plentiful. Agriculture tribes only fed on corn, grains, barley, rice, and the later engineered Maize corn that was found to be more nutricional than the other grains that was grown. The hunting tribes, and agricultural tribes both had female leaders, but the difference in the hunting tribes; the men were responsible for the hunting. The women were mostly responsible for the agriculture tribes. The agriculture tribes were better sustained for change, because they were better at storing for the next season. The grain was able to be preserved, and used for the next year, but the hunting tribes did not know if the next hunting season was going to be plentiful....
