PROJECT: TRANSFORMER OIL LEAK ARREST JOB TRANSFORMER DETAILS MAKE : TRANSFORMER & RECTIFIERS CAPACITY : 300 KVA SERIAL NUMBER : 665 VOLTAGE HV/LV : 11000/433 VOLTS Visited your factory on 17th Feb. 2008 and carried out the following jobs. 1) opening of LT TERMINATION COVER of Tr- no. 5 . 2) Removing of LT TERMINATION assembly (all three phases) and replacing of damaged Rubber and Cork oil seals at the terminations of three phases. 3) B-Phase Cable found in over heated condition and insulation at the termination Found damaged. 4) The same was cleaned and re-terminated satisfactorily and re-insulation by PVC TAPE carried out. 5) Neutral Termination rubber and cork oil seals replaced by new ones. 6) Transformer charged and performance found satisfactory.
