Proficient  I can say that I am a Developing Teacher at this moment because of the new challenges we encountered today in this 21st Century Skills which is different from the strategies we used to apply before in the absence of the computer or modern technologies as well as in facing this new normal society. 2. Use the result of your interview to answer some of the questions for your reflection. 1.Who is a glocal teacher? What are the attributes of the glocal teacher? Answer: A GLOCAL TEACHER, a competent teacher who is armed with enough skills, appropriate attitudes and universal values to teach students with both time tested as well as modern technologies in education in any place in the world. 2.Can the teacher whom you have interviewed be classified as a glocal teacher? Why? Why, not? Answer: Yes, because they are competent teachers who do their job responsibly and giving students quality education.

3.Can one be a global teacher, without teaching abroad? Write your insight. Answer: Yes, as long as they serve their students quality education that inspires, and give enough knowledge and skill to their students. They make studying enjoyable not boring.

4.reflect on the statement; “As a glocal teacher act locally but think globally.” Answer: They are local teachers here in the Philippines, but they teach in a high standard.

status of teachers most similar to social workers? Explain your answer. 

Based from the GTS Index Report we can noticed that a professional teachers can be similar to a social workers wherein they are both interconnected in a social settings. They are both pertain to serve the people in terms of delivering the welfare and literacy to the community where they are belong. In such aspects why they seems too similar and sometimes they chose between the works of a teacher or a social worker.

2. In most European countries, more respondents believe that pupils disrespected

teachers than respected them. Is this situation true in the Philippine setting? Yes? No? Explain your answer. 

I believe as I am a Filipino student, this statement is not true in the Philippine setting where most students see and value teachers and they also served teachers as their one reason why they are enter the career of teaching because of their inspiring stories that mold their experiences to become one of the educators of their community. Students in the Philippines respect every teachers that they encounter and honor every teachers as they are part of their lives in fighting the battles of life.

3. Fifty percent of parents in China would encourage their children to become

teachers. Would you do the same thing to your younger sister or brother? Why? Why not? 

In my opinion as I knew my younger siblings if they do not have any idea on the career that they wanted to be I will suggest this profession which is teacher because being part of the community’s lives I think will make our parents proud. Being one of the educators in our community will not just fulfill our parents dream for us but also achieve the society’s needs to produced a future community.

4. Do you with the survey results that teachers should be paid according to student

performance? Yes? Or No? Why? Why not? 

In my perspective I'm into the survey results that teachers should be paid according to the students performance because if this will be apply I think the true acquisition of learning may happen. There will be no individual that will left behind. If the teacher is competent enough then he/she have the ability to supply the knowledge that his/her students needed.

5. Teachers in the 21 countries surveyed, have positive trust ratings. Do you think

Filipino teachers are also trusted? Yes? Or No? Explain. 

Definitely yes, Filipino teachers are entrusted in many aspects of the society, as we learn in our previous lesson teachers are the one the are entrusted to impart knowledge in the youth and Filipinos are one of them. Filipino teachers have a professionalism in dealing with their works and as a Filipino we have trust in each of one as for the welfare of our people.

2. Make an Essay on the topic: How does a Filipino teacher compare with a teacher in the ASEAN and Beyond? Answer: I think the FLEXIBILITY of the character. It's not only in the field of Education. Many Skilled workers Professional n Public Servant even Entertainers n Domestic Helpers were extremely in demand to other country hiring system. During my High school teachers we're very supportive to different intellectual assets of each students they are much more in balance to handle students capabilities and the ability to perform and join programs if needed during events in the school premises. Example of the student is healthy physically forced to join military training as additional academic required subject.

4. Make a reflection. If given the opportunity to experience teaching in another country listed above, where would you like to teach? Explain. Answer: When time comes I would like to teach on Dallas Texas, USA because teachers are in demand there, and my uncle is currently teaching there as a Master Teacher, so it is a better chance to ensure my work and share my passions with the students their. Answer: As part of the 21st century learner’s and as the global village changed I must learn the usage of technology, since nowadays people are using laptop, computers, phone and many more in terms of studyng, also I need to learn how to use different learning platforms like different softwares like ms teams, google meet etc....
