To post hoc test, select Post Hoc from the right-hand side and check the LSD box

Repeated Measures ANOVA Analyze  General Linear Model  Repeated Measures  Input the within-subjects (or repeated measures) factor name with the appropriate number of levels  Click Define  Plug in the within-subjects variables -
