1. Describe what a training objective for the We ID 25 training program might focus on. In other words, what should trainees be able to do after training? Now write a training objective for the We ID 25 program. Be sure to include the four key elements and the three key components. A training objective for the We ID 25 training program might focus on the prevention of selling alcohol to those under the age of 19, or those who seem intoxicated. After completing training, trainees should be able to determine appropriate times to ask for identification from a customer based on if they appear to be 25 years of age or younger. Trainees should also be able to recognize any of the signs that convey a customer is intoxicated and should be refused service. Training Objective: We ID 25 Key Elements: Any employee that sells alcohol will be the trainees that will be attending the training program, “We ID 25”. This training program will provide trainees with proper behavior, skills to ensure that no alcohol is sold to minors, or to intoxicated customers. This program also highlights the importance of professional work etiquette and behavior being demonstrated at all times, and safety standards and procedures are being followed. 1. Performance After completing the training program, trainees will be able to display/demonstrate the following behaviors and skills: identify intoxicated customers, handle intoxicated customers in a professional manner, determine appropriate times to ask for identification, determine if identification description matches the customers appearance, and always follow safety standards and procedures. 2. Condition The trainee is expected to always perform these behaviors and skills in the work environment. Identification must be shown to trainee prior to the purchase of alcohol if they appear to be 25 years of age or younger. 3. Criterion To determine the level of acceptable performance, standard, or criteria that the behavior and skills performed by the trainee, they will be evaluated by the mystery shoppers that the companies use to test their employees to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.

2. What content should be included in the We ID 25 training program? Be sure to indicate how the content you believe should be included will enable employees to enforce the policy to not sell alcohol to people who are underage or intoxicated. The We ID 25 training program should contain content regarding conflict resolution, identifying intoxicated customers with visual techniques, refusal of intoxicated customers, identifying correct identification, safety of staff and customers, workplace standards and protocols, emergency plans, and an option for any trainees who need extra training or a training refresher. I believe the content listed above will enable employees to enforce the policy not to sell alcohol to people who are underage or intoxicated because they will have more confidence in themselves as workers and know what to do if any unwanted situation arises. Being properly trained will enhance their job performance, boost their confidence, higher their motivation and engagement, and it overall promotes better job satisfaction....
