Week 1- Word Cloud The most important words that came out in my groups word cloud were confidence, influence, initiative, motivation, guidance and responsibility. These words were selected the most and accurately described what leadership is. The defining elements across the three-word clouds are the words confidence, influence and guidance. These three words really describe what leadership is. This is because in order to have outstanding leadership skills you need confidence so you can stand up for your followers and your goals. As the leader you influence others and their decisions, thus being educated and knowledge is key. Leadership is also guidance you help people to the correct path. In the word clouds there were a couple of words that surprised me for group 2s word cloud someone put down basketball which completely shocked me as it wasn’t a word that described leadership in my opinion. Food was another word that was put down that surprised me. As I personally don’t see food as the definition of leadership. In addition, there was a consensus between the word clouds. Most if not all the large words were similar in all 3 word clouds such as confidence, influence and guidance, responsibility etc. which showed that most people believe those words describe leadership and I agree as well. Doing these word clouds was a great way to show what people believe describes leadership to them....
