But before to talk about this organization, I want to tell you the history behind the world visión. World Vision was founded in 1950 by the American missionary Bob Pierce. Robert Pierce (Bob), became an evangelist missionary and went to Korea in 1947. Poverty, human suffering and the situation of children abandoned by his family affected Pierce.
