Interpretation:

Micheal looked curious and start to play with the coin box, First he turned the box over, looked curious to it and for a few seconds, start trying to put the coins into the box. When he did it, he appeared proud of his action and gave a big smile. Then he continued trying to put the coins into the box, after a new successful attempt, he said “I did it”. He got the box, looked at me showed interest to open it, So I asked him if he wanted to open it. He agreed with nodding his head, said “Yes” and clapped his hands, reinforced his intention. Then I opened it and gave it to him. He took one red coin from the box, picked up lid and tried to fit the red coin on the lid out of the box then he picked up other coins and did the same thing. I asked him if he want to put the lid back to the box and he kept showing his interest to put the coin through the lid and I put lid back on. He started to put the coins into the box again. He covered his face with coin box. Michael developed more skills.

Michael is confident and involved learner, he actively participate in playing and try to communicate as well. He also seemed excited to discovery. In the course of the activity, he demonstrated his ability to express his emotions through smiles and clipped hands, able interact and answered questions. Michael showed good eye hand coordination and good fine motor skills. Also he showed emergent skills of trying to communicate verbally. He also showed good attention in listed and followed instructions.
