1. Objectives Instructions: Outline at least two measurable objectives for the implementation of Waters Consulting’s new HRIS. Ensure your objectives are SMART – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timebound. Invest in the continual development of our staff by enabling regular performance feedback, offering additional functionality in the new system making sure to keep an eye at security of the new HRIS with a monthly check up by the Technology team in order to improve whenever possible. • Achieve employee satisfaction levels with HR services at above 85%, as measured by annual survey. • Continually increase retention rate of top talent • Increase the percentage of employees who achieve at least 80% of their annual performance targets.

4. Required resources Instructions: Describe two or more resources required for the implementation of the new HRIS platform. Identifying your current HRIS needs plans for future growth. Know what you want your HRIS software to do. Having a clear goal in mind will help you to set expectations for the new platform. Plan and define Objectives, the first step toward getting a new HRIS live is creating a preliminary project plan and defining objectives for the HRIS. 

Human Resources Management should Identify organizational/process problems the HRIS should solve and won’t solve.



Human Resources Co-ordinators should take care on assigning functions that the HRIS should perform and functions it will not be responsible for.



Human Resources Manager has to create an estimated budget for the HRIS, its implementation and the resources required by the implementation team to see this project through. Begin a cost/benefits analysis based on your estimated budget and the solutions/functions you will provide with a successful HRIS system implementation.



Define the broad requirements for members of the implementation team such as Sales, Design and Marketing , Finance and Specialised consulting services.
