EXECUTIVE SUMMARY In this assignment, we have to identify which businesses give more opportunities to us as entrepreneur. We have to know every bit of business that we chose to avoid any mistaken that would happen when we opened up the new business. Other than that, this study can help us to think the way how we can commercialize our products to people. First and foremost, Florentine cookies will be established on the early year 2021 as to provide our best various types of Florentine cookies towards people at every level of ages. Besides, we choose to produce this type of products is to further expand our market by innovating various types of flavours Florentine cookies. The company is located at Jerantut, Pahang. The business will focus on selling the various types of flavours Florentine cookies. Through our long-term research and observation, we had planned to set up this business because we can see wider prospect in this sector for the future. Besides, the mission of the business is to offer the Florentine cookies in the district of Jerantut and outside Jerantut through drop ship, agent and stockiest, so that this business can expand its market throughout the state. The main reason we started this business was because we wanted to find an opportunity to make our own local brand Florentine cookies with a variety of flavours. Apart from that, we have been observed that there are no competitors yet that making innovations and improvements from Florentine cookies. So, we take a risk and make these opportunities to expand our business since we are qualified with skills and creativity. Additionally, the business’s target customer is all type of people such as kids, students, civil servants, residents and so forth. This kind of product has its own advantages for human health and it also suitable as an option for those who want to diet practicing a healthy lifestyle. The price offered by the business is affordable and reasonable for people to buy it. Natsyaz Enterprise also aims to create a new product every year so that our customers would not be bored with the same products. After that, this business will be managed by five partners and determined to give a great opportunity to public to supply our product in order to conquer our market. In conclusion, we hope that Florentine cookies can be well known product that have the various type of flavours throughout the nation and able to provide greater product time to time. Therefore, we will able to establish our business and trying to get an opportunity to expand our business. We also believe that the demand of this product will increase every year as the increase in human population. Lastly, it is our pleasure to be the benchmark for others people who are interested to start business. 7
