1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Loveliee Beauty is among interesting beauty products that have just entered the Malaysian market past three years ago. Lovelliee was founded in March 2018 by Siti Syasya Rosaelmi binti Ahmad or most known as Asyalliee Ahmad. Loveliee Beauty first basis was a supplement which is good for body and followed up by skincare and make-up products. Until now Lovelliee has a lot of skincare and make up products like cleanser, moisturizer, serum, sunscreen, eyeshadow and lipstick. It provide customers with a variety of active ingredients that is halal, nutritious and safe to use for every skin type.

The idea of business came to her when she was going through a very challenging time in her life, pregnant with her first child and barely having RM50 to last the month. She wants to improve her living standards and provide the greatest home and environment for her future child. She wanted to produce something that could guarantee a healthy benefit to the body, whether external or internal so she began her business by introducing her own supplement, "Hello, Peach Please!" and "Oh! My Chooclate," which became a hit within the first month of Lovelliee's launch.

The founder enjoys sharing high-quality beauty items that she uses with others. Loveliee skincare, and make-up product could be consume by all skin type and all age stage which has a good and safe ingredients for face while the supplement also could be consume safely by a pregnant women. Asyalliee once said that she was not only to make a business, but to help others such as a student and housewife to grow their mind and their lifestyle under her successful beauty brand, Loveliee.

Muslims can now access a wider selection of beauty products with peace of mind especially with the rise of halal-friendly beauty businesses on the market. All consumer didn’t have to be curious and worry about the products since Loveliee has its own halal certified with a lab test, and KKM approved, paraben-free and cruelty-free.

In a nutshell, a swot analysis is a strategic planning tool that assists a business owner in identifying the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist and may affect the company's success. The strength that could be observed, Loveliee beauty acquired an international reputation, the presence of strong media social, high quality product, and strong management team.

All Loveliee beauty products are designed with a passion for perfection. One of the must-try products is the "Hello Peach Please!" supplement, which was improvised in 2020 with a new look. This RM89 (14 sachets) product was the first peach-flavored beauty supplement in Malaysia. Hpp Supplement helps to cure the skin from the inside out, reducing acne, removing scars, and improving skin texture. It also promotes a glowing skin tone with a twofold brighter complexion and aids in the maintenance of energy for everyday activities. Also, it is suitable for all skin types and can be consumed by pregnant women after the second trimester (4 months). It taste Peach Juice with Vitamin C, L Cysteine, L Arginine, L Ornitine, Tremella, Grape Seed, Pine Bark, Sakura extract.

The most popular product afterwards is Loveliee essential serum which cost only RM79 each. This serum is a water-based serum that treats the skin by eliminating acne, removing scars, healing sunburn, evening out skin tone, and improving skin texture. 3.0 PERSONAL ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCIES

Among the aspects that have contributed to her success as a successful entrepreneur to this day are the traits of personal entrepreneur competencies within herself. Meanwhile, the first feature that I can observe throughout her business history is that she takes initiative. This is evident when she acts or plans quickly to find out how to expand her business in the future.

The founder, Asyalliee Ahmad is someone who is concerned about producing high-quality work. Before the products go on sale, she will ensure that she is completely satisfied with their quality. A product trial was conducted over a six-month to one-year period until they were pleased with the product's effectiveness. Aside from that, Loveliee's product was unquestionably Halal, GMP-grade JAKIM-monitored, and Ministry of Health-approved.

Aside from that, Asyalliee Ahmad is regarded as an efficiency-oriented entrepreneur. This is because, after learning that some of her product's customers were less fortunate and complained that the price supplied for the goods was too high, she devised a new plan and took the risk of cutting the sales price. She also had produced a trial product with a cheap price instead of the big one to give opportunities to consumer who couldn't purchase the big size product. Finally, Asyalliee Ahmad or Siti Syasya Rosaelmi is a self-confidence entrepreneur. As I've seen, Asyalliee who enjoys aspires to encourage a new generation of Malaysian female entrepreneurs. She enjoys sharing a few of her success tips with her admirers through social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. She became an influencer in 2014 with a fashion and variety makeup look but as time goes by, her appereances has changed into a simple look like Korean influencers as well as celebrities on what’s the latest trend. She likes to make a hijabi version fashion standards and also experimenting with elements in her fashion such as accessories, patterns and many more.

It is obvious that the biggest strength of the Loveliee Beauty brand already has a name that is well-known among Muslim users and her followers which is the founder itself. Asyallie had a big opportunities to expand her own brand since she was an influencer before became an entrepreneur. Besides, she became an ambassadors and face of her own product to attract more customers with her glowing and shining face. Otherwise, she could build a trust to her consumer with her own product feedback since she usually to review her own product in her Instagram account. This is one of marketing strategy to expand beyond the country.

Weaknesses 

Costly price to East Malaysia

The price range for each Loveliee product is a bit expensive if it were purchased by East Malaysians. There is a difference in prices between those within Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia. This is because when an East Malaysian consumer wants to purchase the products, they are automatically charged a high price for each product. For instance, RM49 cleanser is the price for Peninsular Malaysia, and RM59 is for East Malaysia. It sets a high price where each item is added RM10 and, what is worse, the delivery is not included at its cost. This can result in a decrease in customer purchases which due to the fact that the target market for this brand consists of workaholics and middle-aged persons ranging in age from 18 to 60 years old who have a steady income and prefer to dress modestly. Furthermore, because just a small number of customers purchased it, this may result in financial losses.

Opportunity 

Loveliee Beauty also had a significant online sales volume, which contributed to sales. The objective of their internet presence for their product is to make it easier for their customers to purchase in any time. Despite the fact that many people first believed that

this product would not go far, social media has successfully reversed the trend as global sales. In this situation, customers who want a consultant before purchasing could get the product from the agent or mini agent under Loveliee Beauty as long as it's legal and original. The delivery time is also between two and five business days.

Economy situation

As we all know, the current economic situation is having a huge impact on the entire world, which is the COVID-19 diseases. At the same time, many businesses have suffered financial losses or gone bankrupt as a result of this virus since they are unable to continue operating. They will experience a loss of earnings and will be unable to develop new items to increase profits for their company.
