1.0 INTRODUCTION BUSINESS DESCRIPTION 1.1 Name of Business Hea’Esh Smoothie Cafe is the name of the business that has been chosen by me as an owner because of its unique and stylish name. This is because the name of “Hea’Esh” was the combination of Healthy & Fresh. It also has another meaning which is ‘Hea’ as he and ‘Esh’ as she. It means that everyone including men and women can come and enjoy a healthy and fresh fruit smoothie in my cafe. This cafe was a service industry that serve customer with the best fruit smoothie

1.2 Nature of Business The nature of business is the production and operation of food product. The main activity of my cafe is selling fruit smoothies that have low calories with no sugar added. The sweetness of this smoothie are coming from the fruit because I was using high grade fruit only. This smoothie is made by 100% pure fruit that are good for body and skin especially for anyone who are concern for their healthy.

1.3 Date of Commencement This cafe was registered on 1th September 2020 under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and start to operate on 1th January 2021. 1.4 Location of Business The cafe was located on 31, Jalan Tukul N15/N, Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, Selangor. This location considered as a strategic place since it’s near the apartment area, also there is a supermarket nearby. In addition, this place has an ideal conversion centre and also it is near to the hospital. Other than that, it is behind the recreation area that always full of people coming to jogging and picnic. The premise is rental can be considered cheaper and affordable to start a new business.

1.8 Factor in Selecting the Business Low cost with high profit The raw materials for the smoothie are affordable since I only use 100% of fresh fruit that come directly from the farm. I don’t use other material in the smoothie. I mark-up the price of the smoothie by 80% to gain higher profit

Easy yet simple to make The process of making the smoothies are easy because I just need to freeze the fruits first. After it already froze, peel out the skin and blend it and put some garnishing as a accessories to make smoothies look nice and attractive. There is no complicated process in making the smoothies

Don’t use a lot of capital to start the business I only using capital to buy the raw materials, equipment, machines and rent the building, this items can get in affordable prices if I know where to find the best prices for my smoothies and café.

1.9 Prospect of Business I am strictly stressed to have the highest personal and workplace in a standard hygiene and healthy practices in producing the smoothies. I also wanted to make the smoothies as an international brand name which can share the goodness with everyone over the Malaysia.

2.0 KEY PARTNERS Key partners are the network of suppliers and partners that will help to make the business model work. In relation to this, my key partners are basically consisting of 2.1 SUPPLIER  KHAISHEN TRADING Khaishen is the leading importer and exporter of fresh fruits in Malaysia. They import all kinds of fresh fruits from five continents, namely Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, South America and, Africa. They consistently deliver top-quality fruits at competitive prices. Khaishen is the most important key partner of my café, as they are the ones who supplied high-quality fresh fruits for me. I have chosen to join hands with this company because they are Malaysia’s most famous and trusted fruit supplier. Besides, they are the most widely traded and valuable tropical agricultura l products. Therefore, I making every effort to ensure that only good quality of fruits is served to my customers. As my cafe produces fruit smoothies from original and high-quality standard fruits supplied by the fruits farmers, this is what makes my smoothie different from any other smoothie. 2.2 PARTNERSHIP  BOOST JUICE Boost Juice is the best fruit smoothie cafe in Malaysia. They serve their customers with all types of fruit smoothie and made in front of them. They are here to collaborate with me in producing fruit smoothies. Their famous fruit smoothies have convinced me to take them as my key partner because I believed that through these strategic alliances, I will be able to gain customers’ interest especially to all the smoothies lovers out there. The smoothie cafe that I chose as my key partner had gained their name and a reputable brand which are well-trusted and known for their good quality products. The agreement of this business venture development is Boost Juice and Hea’Esh Cafe provide machinery and manpower for handling a lot of orders from the customers. This collaboration helps to increase production of the fruit smoothie that meets the demand of customers.

 SMOOTHIES BLOGGER As the passion and wild interest for fruit smoothie deeper day by day among the populations, I have come to realize that there is nothing more strategic than to join hands with smoothies’ enthusiasts like a smoothie blogger. I’m depending on this writer to do their job of writing good articles and posts about my café in their blogs. This is a useful way to encourage what I can do for my customers. Via this medium, I’m more than excited to work with smoothie bloggers as I figured that decent and high quality writings have the potential to captivate more people to come to my place and enjoy the smoothies.

2.3 DELIVERY SERVICE  FOOD PANDA My cafe also offers delivery service to all customers who are unable to purchase the smoothies directly from the café. Therefore, I have chosen to use the Food Panda delivery service to offer freshly made smoothies from my café directly to customers who have ordered my items from online platforms. Food Panda is known as a food delivery service that buys and delivers food from restaurants and cafes directly to the customer . This approach aims to alleviate everyone’s difficulties as I ensure that my customers can enjoy the smoothies wherever they are located. Moreover, due to the latest cases of pandemics caused by a hazardous and contagious disease known as Corona Virus Disease 2019, everyone has to take precautions to prevent the widespread of this disease, especially in the crowded area as it can spread from individ ual to individual easily. As a result, online channels like the delivery service of Food Panda can help ensure that everyone can minimize these problems as they ca n enjoy food from any restaurant they’ve searched via the Food Panda app. This has also demonstrated that, even though anyone has difficulty visiting the café directly, they can still buy and enjoy food services without concern at their current location.

3.0 KEY ACTIVITIES Key activities can be defined as any activities that one’s business engaged in to make their own profit. My café is doing several activities such as  MAKING FRUIT SMOOTHIES Hea’Esh Café is well-known for its uniqueness and fresh fruit smoothies ever. Besides using only high grade of fruits from fruit farmers, it’s best known for using the best method in making a cup of smoothies that will soon enchant all the smoothies’ lovers with the relaxing and sweetness taste from the smoothie itself. I only using a simple method to blend the fruits to maintain their originality and flavour. Therefore, I will start with the very first step which is to take out the fruits out of the freezer because it can maintain its freshness. Then, peel the fruits because the skin can disrupt the flavours, and sometimes farmers use pesticides on the fruits to avoid the parasites. After that, blend the fruits that already froze in the blender start with low and then to the medium level to avoid the smoothie turn into water. The reason why I don’t put ice in the smoothie because ice can reduce the sweetness of the smoothies. Lastly, put a garnishing based on customer preferences which is they can put slices of the fruits in the smoothie.  DELIVERY Apart from providing food services, I also open a delivery order explicitly for people who are unable to visit the cafe. To clarify this further, they can search for the menus on my official websites which is www.hea’esh.com.my or via social media such as Instagram or Facebook. After that, they ca n get there by searching up the name of the café on Food Panda delivery service app, then place their orders and make payment via a few methods such as cash on delivery and credit or debit card method. My worker will make a call after they have received the order to re-confirm the information for further clarification. Then, my workers will process the orders after getting the confirmation from the customers via the broadcast signal that is connected to the Food Panda app. Finally, after the smoothie has been made, the delivery man will deliver the order directly to their doorstep. Therefore, with the aid of Food Panda ’s fast delivery service, Hea’Esh Café makes every effort to ensure that everyone can enjoy the smoothies happily. 4.0 VALUE PROPOSITION Value proposition is the promise that made by me in order to value the promises that I can offer and the feature deliberate to make our products or services look appealing to the consumers. Thus, the value proposition that my café is offering are as below  HALAL Most of the customers who come to the cafe to buy the smoothies are Muslim. Hea’Esh café ensures that all the smoothies that are sold to the customers are halal to ensure that everybody can enjoy the smoothies regardless of their religion I’m are determined to pay more attention to the use of our ingredients in order to comply with the requirements of Islamic law. I need to make sure that my smoothies have a JAKIM Halal Certificate. This is because the demand for halal food is growing day by day, which means that the sales rapidly increase. I need to make sure people are not hesitating to come to the cafe if there’s a halal logo patched outside of the cafe. If there are only non-Muslim customers who come to my cafe, it is unlikely for Muslim customers to come in since they are hesitant to come to the cafe that only have non-Muslim in there . Moreover, I ensure that the preparations of the smoothies are all made in a hygienic environment and that I’m prioritizing the health of our customers as a first concern.

 THE QUALITY OF SMOOTHIES My smoothies are more special than any other smoothie shop. That’s is because I’m are very concerned about the quality of the smoothies that serve to the customers, because I only use local fruits which is made with high quality and original fruits that comes directly from the farmers to the cafe. My cafe only uses fresh and healthy fruits from my supplier to make smoothies because it’s the signature of my cafe. I will never ever use fruits that already have damaged and no sweet taste for my smoothies. My cafe only provides fresh fruits to my customers because I want they feel the real sweetness from the fruit. I only offer the best fruits smoothies in the region that emphasize their own originality and high-quality ingredients.

 FAST DELIVERIES The a im of Hea ’Esh Café to be a forum where customers can feel more connected even if they cannot visit directly at the cafe. Therefore, to achieve this objective , I have decided to join hands with one of my key partners, Food Panda Delivery Service, as they are Malaysia’s most trusted and well known online food ordering and fast delivery service. This can be achieved by letting them know that Food Panda app can be used for them to place their order by searching out the café’s name. Besides, I believed that this technique would make the process of online ordering much easier and simpler for the customers to do at any time and anywhere. Apart from that, less time is needed and less energy is consumed. Having said that, I’m very confident in ensure that all of my precious customers will get the product they have orders straight to their doorstep on time with full-hearted service. My customers will enjoy the fruit smoothies with their families, friends and their partner, no matter where there are located, without any fear.

 RELAXING AND COZY VIBES The concept of my cafe is a comfortably relaxing cafe and has incorporated some trendy and lively design. I want my cafe to be a place for people to gather and escape from their busy schedules. It is suitable for the teens to hang out with their friends because the design is up-to-date and suitable for their generation. They can take some pictures of it in my cafe and share it on their social media. This will also raise awareness of my cafe to everyone. Customers can come and grab fruit smoothies that are freshly made and fill their tummy that made by my talented barista while gazing at the breathlessly exquisite view from the outside of my cafe. The greenery and vibrant garden with a splashing fountain outside of my café is designed to help my customers escape from their daily working stress. It is a comfortable place where they can meet their loved ones, chatting, relaxing or reading their books all in one. This will attract many customers to come to my café, particularly those who are eager to relax and want to release their stress. Moreover, nowadays, people prefer to look for a spot that has the best view and the most relaxing environment to spend time with their loved ones. That’s because, there ’s a trend that’s going on for a while, even until now which is, “you have to take photos before you eat and upload it in the social media.” So, I am eager to make my café a place with the best view and most relaxed vibes so that people won’t regret coming directly to my place 11 | P a g e

5.0 CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP Customer relationship defined as the type of relationship that one’s business establish with its customer segments. As a result, Hea’Esh Café have come up with a few plans to establish the relationship with my loyal customers.

 WEBSITES Customers can know more about the product provided by my café in my official websites which is www.hea’esh.com.my. In the websites, customers can follow out with the latest menu and the information of the menu as well as the price that offer by me. In the websites, they will be introduced about Hea’Esh Café such as where they can place order and how the delivery service and charges will be done. Moreover, my websites contain all the information about the café such as the history of the café, factors influence me to continue this type of business, the uniqueness of my product and food services. Through websites, I believed that this strategy can help to promote my café better and become a medium for people to know me better.

 FREE BOOKS AND VOUCHERS Furthermore, in order to keep my customers to keep coming to my café, I’m giving free book as a giveaway to my customers who are frequently coming to my café and purchase from me. In addition, I would like to encourage more people to come to my café and spend their leisure with reading books while enjoying the smoothies. This strategy is like killing two birds with one stone as I can make them happy with the giveaway and also maintaining relationships with customers. To add on, I also offer voucher to the customers who are frequently purchase my product. For every 10 cup of smoothies, I will provide 1 voucher that customers can purchase any 1 smoothie from the menu for free. Not only that, they will also can get discount from me for every purchase if they buy more than 25 smoothies. I will offer 20% to 30% discount for the next purchase. Through the customers’ voucher, I’m determined to encourage and maintain customer loyalty.
