BANQUET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Insert Catering Company / Group 1.

All food and beverage items will be purchased exclusively from Catering Company (herein referred as CC). It is agreed that the company named on the Banquet Event Contract hereof (herein referred to as the PATRON) is not permitted to bring in or take out from CC any food or beverage items. (Unless reconsidered by the Restaurant Manager and should be charged a corkage fee as per agreed upon by the Restaurant Manager and Guest)

2.

The PATRON agrees to pay for the number of covers, drinks, incidentals and other charges as stated on the Banquet Even Contract. The PATRON agrees that the number of persons shall be determined exclusively by the authorized representative of the AC and shall be the basis for final billing.

3.

The PATRON also agrees to pay for the guaranteed number of guests as indicated on the Banquet Event Contract hereof or the actual number of guests, whichever is higher.

4.

The PATRON shall advise CC in writing the guaranteed number of persons at least (72) hours before the date and the time indicated on the Banquet Event Order hereof. In case no such notice is received by CC, it is understood and agreed that the number of persons shall be considered as the final in Banquet Event Order.

5.

CC shall setup facilities to PATRON’s guaranteed number of persons. CC likewise extends its services for additional guests up to ten 10 % of the guaranteed number of persons. Likewise, CC shall not be responsible for insufficiency of food or beverage during the function.

The PATRON shall be held solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of any and all article(s) brought into the premises of CC during the contracted function and the former hereby releases the latter from any and all liability whatsoever in case of any loss, damage or injury to any of the aforesaid articles(s); except when the PATRON declares such articles to CC for proper safekeeping. However, any loss, damage or injury that CC and/or CC’s guest may suffer directly or indirectly attributed to the acts or omissions of the PATRON and/or guests during the contracted function shall be for the account and or liability of the PATRON.

The PATRON agrees not hold CC liable for the failure to comply with this contract due to force majeure, labor disputes, strikes and other causes beyond its control.

8.

CC reserves the right to change the menu as indicated in the Banquet Event Contract at any time, in the event of unavailability of raw materials and other justified reasons. Likewise, prices may be subject to change without prior notice to the PATRON.

9.

All amenities offered by the CC as indicated in this Banquet Event Contract shall be subject to availability of raw materials and/or facilities.

10. CC reserves the right to assign an alternate function room should be contracted function room become unavailable for any reason whatsoever. 11. In case of lawsuit against the PATRON by CC for the collection of unpaid accounts, attorney’s fees, litigation cost and other expenses shall be charged to the PATRON. 12. Payment may be in cash and credit card only. No personal checks will be accepted. 13. The PATRON hereby authorizes CC to check the company credit references or his/her credit references. NOTE: Andrew Café prohibits any display or posting of banners, posters and any other materials on walls, columns and floors. (Separate Terms & Conditions will be issued for any bookings that require such requirements. 14. CC is not allowed to reserve any audio and visual items for outsider clients as it may result to the students being held liable for any loss or breakage of the items. The PATRON must therefore, provide for their own audio and visual items if needed.(Unless considered by CC) 15. CC operates strictly from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. However, should the PATRON exceed 6:00pm, he/she must pay the extension fee of 2,000.00 PHP per hour of extension for use of the electricity. 16. CC requires a 50% down payment from the PATRON at least three (3) days before the scheduled date of the function to confirm the reservation. 17. Should there be anything needed to be agreed not mentioned above, Catering Company must provide a written document stating the conditions and requirements and must be signed by both parties.
