Issue: Fusion 360 is stuck at a black screen upon launching and does not allow to log in on a Windows machine with a dual graphics card:

Environment: Windows 10. Dual graphics cards.

Solution: Add an Environment Variable: . In the Windows Control Panel, search for"Environment Variables". . Click "Edit the system environment variables". . At the bottom of the System Properties dialog, click "Environment Variables...." . Under "User variables for ", click "New". . Enter"QT_OPENGL" within theVariable name. . Enter "angle" within the Variable value. . Restart Fusion 360. . If the setting causes further issues, repeat steps 1-3. . Edit the "QT_OPENGL" variable, entering "software" within the Variable value. . Restart Fusion 360. . Update Fusion 360 to latest available build. . Delete the system environment variable created above.

Disable the Graphic card: . Navigate to the Windows Start button. . Type Computer management. . Click Device Manager. . Expand the ' Display adaptors'.

Sign in

. Select the Intel Graphic card > Right-click > Disable device. Sign in
