Section 2: Generate and evaluate solutions for problem 1

Summarise the stakeholder’s response to questions for your first problem. Summarise the answers to your set questions after meeting with the stakeholders.

Objectives of the solution: 

Resolving the close manufacturing facility due to the Situation.

Summarise the alternative solutions for your first problem’s problems Summarise the outcomes of your team meeting analysing your first problem

The critical thinking that is used are: Consultation. It is the consultation process with a password 

My team contributes to the organization in the search for its feedback. Your knowledge and experiences surely provide a better perspective by providing solutions towards problems.

Root cause analysis. It is the method that analyses the problem to find the cause and solve the root because It will lead to the resolution of problems that occur. The solution can It will be provided after the cause of the problems is known.

Reducing possible cost related with the closing of the manufacturing facility

Increase sales of kongducation services

Use the success criteria agreed on in your team meeting to:

 

compare the alternative solutions with one another select the best solution.

BSCRT311 PROJECT PORTFOLIO

Increase donation to children who needs education

Solution implementation takes time

It requires budget which can increase expenditures and costs

Failure in the solution implementation
