-There are 4.1 billion Internet users in the world as of December 2018. This is compared to 3.9 billion Internet users in mid-2018 and about 3.7 billion Internet users in late 2017. - There are more than 5000 new computer viruses are released every month. -Approximately 3.2 billion people use the internet. Out of this, 1.7 billion of internet users are Asians. In fact, it is estimated that approximately 200 billion emails and 3 billion Google search would have to wait if the internet goes down for a day. 2. What are your feelings/thoughts about the extensive use of computers and IT in the work environment? Elaborate and explain your thoughts: I personally think that the use of computer and IT is important in the work environment, especially nowadays considering everyone and everything is connected with electronic devices. In terms of the workplace, some companies cannot function without computers as it has many benefits. They can allow employees to be more efficient and on time with reports or documents, as computers increase speed and accuracy thanks to many editing software’s. Computers allow improved communication thanks to email and can allow contact between people who are distant from their place of business. IT and computers provide the opportunity to reach coworkers in a matter of seconds with a click of a button. Not to mention less paper. Thanks to computers IT, documents can be saved from anywhere and accessed from anywhere. No need to run to the printer or stress about leaving documents at home. Thanks to the files organization that most computers provide, employees can be relieved from the stress of looking through papers, provides a more efficient and less stressful work environment. With all that being said, I strongly believe that without these things, businesses would not be able to function the way they do nowadays.

4. What are your feelings/thoughts about computers and IT usage in your life? Such as social media, electronic processing in banks and school, and so on! Elaborate and explain your thoughts:

I honestly cannot imagine my life without the use of computer and IT. There is not a single day where I go about without using electronic devices and that is the reality nowadays. Although they can cause a lot of distractions, they offer many positives. They have facilitated my life when it comes down to communication and research. It allows me to complete work and do online classes which is very beneficial. Social media is also part of my everyday life and does take up quite a lot of time. Social media has allowed me to share my passion for the gym with my followers and allows me to check up on friends and news going on around the world thanks to the multitudes of options to have on your feeds. Processing in banks has also made my life much easier as I can pay bills and transfer payments without stepping foot outside. For school, computers provide me with the opportunity to do online classes and once again work and learn from home. 5. Which area do you see yourself and would like to work in? To you envision your future dream job to be heavily involving computers and IT? Elaborate and explain. I see myself managing a business and hopefully working from home and being able to travel for business. I believe that my future dream job will be heavily involved with computers and IT, as it will provide me the tools to work from home and abroad, not to mention it will allow me to communicate with coworkers and complete various tasks in order to be more efficient. 6. Finally, do you think that the way technology is evolving will be the doom of humanity or take us to a golden age of humanity? Think globally: I think that there is great opportunity for technology in our lives, but that all depends of how its used and if it respects the ethical code. Technology can go both ways; it can be used strongly against us and therefore doom humanity or it can continue to evolve and contribute to ground-breaking discoveries. Hopefully with its progress, our world can continue to strive in the medical and educational fields in order to reach new levels of discovery and take us to a golden age of humanity. Not only is medicine and education important, but using technology to somehow help the environment and make discoveries in space are things I strongly believe will be possible in the near future....
