Mission:

To remain loyal and honest while developing my giftings so I can show others a glimpse of the future.

Vision:

To allow my leadership influence to inspire and develop others to grow into their own greatness.

My Personal Strategy Diamond (step by step)

1. Arenas and Differentiators

Arenas a) What type of work do you want to do? To empower young people who may not have had the privilege to complete their education for various reasons through different programs that offer the skill of knitting, hand-made bespoke crafts and so on. I want to do the kind of work that I will enjoy doing in as much as it will be for the benefit of the people I will lead. b) What leisure activities do I like? I enjoy reading motivational books, quiet time in my garden space at home. I also like to visit wildlife reserves. c) Where do I want to live? I want to live in my own built home away from the city in a farm like environment. I recently purchased a piece of land that I plan to build. Differentiators a) What capabilities do I need to participate in these arenas?

Taking responsibility for each of my actions, applying my knowledge to my current work position as sales and marketing executive and also work harder to get a better job at a higher level of management. b) What organizations will value the capabilities? I feel organizations in the business sector that are not only interested in profit making, but want to see the best in an individual by contributing to both the professional and social welfare of that person. I believe people thrive more better when they know that they are more valued then what they can bring to the table. c) What capabilities do I want to have and excel in? I really want to excel in getting a degree in business administration. I also have an interest in finance. These two areas will build the real estate dream business I always wanted to achieve.

2. Personal Vehicles a) What do I want to accomplish on my own? Continue to study hard and become acquainted with resources available from different platforms such as the internet, and learning from like-minded people or organizations that will build my portfolio and create opportunities for good job postings. b) What do I want to accomplish on my own? I want to build and manage office parks and apartments on a large scale and be a real estate owner. I also want to accomplish building my first ever old age home for the less privileged in my country. We are a developing nation and we mostly rely on donors to fund these organizations. I want to be able to build my own in my home city. c) What do I need to accomplish with the help of others? I believe even personal accomplishments need the help of people at some point. All the points I have raised above, I need the help of people, good skills, positive influences and a supportive team to be able to accomplish what I have planned out to achieve. d) Who are they? These are people I spend most of my time with. People who think alike as myself. They are also people who have my interest. My family, my co-workers, my boss, are all a good support system for my achievements.
