Contraindications/Precautions angioedema with previous use of ACE inhibitors pregnancy renal impairment hyponatremia
Interactions administer 1hr before meals because food decreases the absorption. Increased risk of hyperkalemia with use of potassium supplements hypotension with use of diuretics
