INSTRUCTION Warm up Back landing with a twist Cool down

Key coaching points for the half twist and full twist:  Need to keep your body upright and straight when doing the twist  Start to vision what you are doing and focus on the front mat when you take off. Key coaching points for back landing  Vision – making sure that they focus on the end frame/map on their ascent and the roof when they are landing. Key coaching points for back landing with twist  Make sure that your turn you head and shoulders and look for first the cross and then the end mat.  Make sure they kick up to return to feet is first before twisting

DEMONSTRATION & INTERVENTION At the start introduce myself and tell them what we are going to do and tell them what the learning outcome is. After that ask if anyone is injured so that I can see how many will be participating in the session. And go through the health and safety. For the warm up start off with one person on the trampoline and they will bounce 10 times. At the same time, you will have a spotter. Once everyone has bounce on the trampoline 10 time move onto bouncing on the 5x on the trampoline after you have done that then you swap over, so that everyone has a go. With the participants that are not on the trampoline then they can some stretchers and use exercise ball. Once everyone has done that then you move on to the main session.

Start off by saying if anyone knows the coaching points to a back landed twist and can everyone do the back landed twist. Then get everyone to do a half or full twist on the floor so that you can see if they are doing it right. When to the half or full twist you jump up in the arm and bring your arm up in the air then at the highest point when you are in the air you twist your body around and do a half twist. Once you have to that you can then try and do a full twist. After that one at a time I will get them on the trampoline and try the half twist or full twist.
