Description

Complete Activity 2 and Activity 3 in Chapter 2 of the textbook, and then address the following questions: 1. Compare the results of your personal time allocation to your ideal time allocation. Are you close to your ideal allocation? If not, what factors are affecting your use of time? As in comparison, it is important to let you know that I’ve been doing this for over 3 years and I think I would like to indicate what the outcomes are and how I am comparing the results with it. Personal time allocation and ideal time allocation has one big difference which we called is realistic approach. Which I think is the only reason which differentiate them from each other. We can say that the how much we become realistic about setting out time allocation in order to achieve our goals. Initially, my personal time allocation was way far away from my ideal time allocation and the factors were like to not to assign time for myself rather I was focused on allocating study time for like 8 hours and I had stamina of 5 hours, which causes problems for me and my inner monkey told me that its ok if even I study for like 4 hours. This is the problem which I faced initially and now I know that I can study for like 10 hours a days but now I do assign 5 hours for study and 1 hour for revision of study. I think I still am not exactly on the ideal time allocation because I still find myself at difficult position which distract me from my work sometimes like any visit of guest at my home or any work my parents asks me to do. But now I allocate time for things like that as well. This is the only reason I think I am close but I can’t say that I’m doing exactly the same as I idealize it to be.

Keep track of your time The first thing I think we should do it to keep track of our time to check our activities which are taking our time so that we can cut some slacks from them. Plan things a head By planning things before allow us to set goals and tasks which are important for us and provides us a clear vision of the upcoming day. Realistic approach The only thing which can make any strategy work is the realistic approach of it.

APA Exercise Every week in your learning journal for Online Education Strategies, you will practice APA format. For the first 4 weeks of this class, we have practiced how to cite and reference different kinds materials – books, articles, website, and videos. While there are other kinds of materials that can be cited and

referenced, most will be very similar to what you have already learned, and so we are working on quoting and paraphrasing. This week, we will continue working on how to correctly quote and how to correctly paraphrase. Go back to the video you found for our Week 4 APA exercise. Then, complete the following exercise: 1. What was the full reference for the video you found for the Week 4 APA exercise? (If your instructor gave you feedback on how to correct your reference, be sure to write the correct reference this week). Hill, L. (2014, October 28). How to manage for collective creativity [Video]. Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImmtTHYU5GQ

2. What was the in-text citation for the video you found for the Week 4 APA exercise? (If your instructor gave you feedback on how to correct your citation, be sure to write the correct citation this week). (Hill, 2014) 3. If your video had a transcript, find a paragraph from the transcript, and copy and paste it here. If it did not, do your best to include a full sentence directly from the video. 4. Select a section from #3, and using the APA rule for short quotations, put the section in quotation marks while adding an APA in-text citation at the end. 5. Re-read the section from #3, and re-write it in your own words while adding an APA in-text citation at the end. (This is called paraphrasing)....
