INTRODUCTION First impression lasts they say. Logo in a business is very important because it

brings the first impression of the customers to all businesses. Logo aids and promotes businesses for its own recognition and unique identification between the others with the same field of products and services. In making a logo, the design and colour used must be very attractive for the customers to bring nice and good impressions about your business. Some logo contains letters, numbers, and illustrations with different meanings. Almost all businesses, organization, and other platforms has logo to promote and advertise it to the people they want to reach. In our case, we chose computer shop as our business and design a unique logo for it. Our business will be called "Cybertech" which means technology is everywhere and

continuously improving and helping people. For the logo it uses the colour red and yellow. According to our research, the colour red in logo means passion, battle, excitement and playfulness. Most people who go to computer shop play games. These games are very interesting especially if you are very fond of playing computer-based games. We include red in our logo because of this. Another colour you can see is black and white which represents power, intelligence and youth. Our youth today is the main user of computers, laptops, and other technologies. Computer shop is not just for games but also knowledge of its user. Regarding our tagline, it says "You'll definitely find what you're searching for...” It means that almost everything that you want to ask or find online is just one click away. That is why we chose mouse as our main illustration in our logo. In just a click, technology offers thousands and millions of knowledge for its user. The last colour we used is yellow which represents friends, happiness, and energy. Technology today brings almost all people together because of social Medias. We can reach our family and friends in just one click. Technology nowadays is very helpful and at the same time can harm us as a user. We just have to know our limitations and let us be open to other knowledge the future can bring us. These are the meanings behind our logo. We made it while thinking how it will offer attractiveness and at the same time having a unique design.

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT STUDY Introductory Paragraph This chapter contains three sections which will describe the proposed

business. 1st is the name of the firm, which will discuss the meaning behind the chosen name of the business and why we chose that business. 2nd is the location of the business which will tackle the place where the business will take place and the reason why we chose this location and the 3rd and last section, brief description of the project, which will discuss the essentials and importance of the business to the target customers. A. The Name of the Firm Having a business is a very big responsibility but will surely deliver income for the owner of the business. Having a business will sometimes be a sink or

swim because many competitors are already in the market and there are more to come. On this project we chose a computer or internet shop as a business. Computer shops will stand a long life compared to other businesses because our need for technology will always be there. There will be always teenagers who will continue to play computer games and there will be boys and girls students who will need computers for their projects and assignments. We chose “Cybertech” as a name for our business because it gives us futuristic name which means the technology will never die and will continue to grow years after years. B. Location of the Business Finding a location for a business is never easy for the business owners. They will have to find a location which will offer a big chunk of the target customers they want to obtain. The location of the business will be the aspect which will tell if the business will grow and have a long business life or will flop as time passes by. For our business we choose Sariaya in Quezon Province to be the location of our business. A computer shop is widely used by students, teens, and even adult. Sariaya, Quezon has 43 barangays and has many schools in it. There are nearby elementary schools, high schools and colleges on its main district. Because of this, the business will sure have wide variety of target customers. Figure 1

It is used by all ages and gender despite of their demographical and social differences. Technology way back then starts with personal computers, then laptops which is more handily than the personal computers because of the reduction of the CPU and mouse which is already built in on it. Then there comes the mobile phones. First with keypads and flips sides but now touch screens with cameras are very in demand on the markets. They say your day is not complete if you didn’t use even one of these technologies. Because of the given reasons, we thought of building a computer shop which will have the name “Cybertech” on the location of Sariaya, Quezon because not all people living in here has personal computers and laptops. Although they have mobile phones, there are still some things it cannot be done for us compared to the computers. Another thing is consistent signals and

internet is very hard to find unless you can pay for a big amount of money for the bills. Computer shops is widely used by students, teenagers, and even adults and workers. They use it for school works, for computer games, for finding work and job, and for communication overseas. It is very important for them to avail these services because of the stable internet connection and because it is instant. We choose Sariaya, Quezon as the location of this business because there are many schools inside this place and we can help them by offering fast internet connections encrypted in our personal computers.

CHAPTER 3 PROPONENT, MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL Introductory Paragraph The Proponent, management and personnel contains the organizational structure of the business where you could see the people behind the business who worked together to make the business possible that gave their time and efforts to make the business grow. Fifth (5th) is the Proposed marketing program where you could see what are the things and procedures that we use to make the business be known by the people and the sixth (6th) is the Projected sales where you could see the increase or decrease of the money going into the business per month and plot in a table.

A. Market description Cybertech Internet Shop provide many things such as searching, online gaming, typing and etc. our target customer is the student who make their project, thesis and homework. Another target of our business are the employees, teachers and those people who use online game. We want to help them to do their task or job easily. We can help them through our business. We give them a good service, we offer printing, scanning, and photocopying.

B. Demand Since our business is computer shop, we all know that internet shop is commonly useful nowadays because it can help to use easily access or to get easily the information that they need. C. Supply As an owner of the business, they need to respond or give the demand of the customer to achieve the purpose of our business. Our business have 50 customer per day from different sector. Competitive position Building a name in the business field is very expensive which needs a lot of capital to make it known by the customers and able to survive in the competitive world of the business is hard to sustain. Making the firm to stand out and have their asset is what matters most to costumers that they can see the different from their competitors. The following are the lists of qualities that will make the business to have a strong foundation to success: 

High quality of service

Customers are the key to a successful business. They are the reason for establishing one. Offering them high quality service can lead them to continuous patronizing the services that will be going to offer. A high speed internet connection for gamers and internet surfers without lagging will give an edge on the business. The customers will have a chance to have a loyalty card that also serves as their membership in the café. It will make them feel important and valuable. 

Good Facilities

The satisfaction of the customers is one of the factors a business must consider. Providing facilities that will make them comfortable gives extra points for the business to be more convenient for the customers. Cybertech will offer a facility where they can avail

snacks and place where they can eat. It will also include couches for the customers who are waiting for the services Cybertech will offer. 

Modern and Upgraded Computer

Nowadays, technology and gadgets are upgrading so fast. This upgrading phase makes the users’ life easy. If the business wants to be known and have a competitive advantage against its competitors, these changes must be priority. Having upgraded computer monitor, pc, and accessories will give an edge for the business. Another factor that the customers were searching for was the updated software that they can use in the computer. 

Cleanliness and Well-Ventilated Environment

Having several computers and customers in one room can create a non-conducive environment for the customers to play and surf the internet especially on hot summer weather where the computer PC has almost running from morning till night. Cybertech will have an environment that is well-ventilated by putting air conditioner that is applicable to the shop and can give cooling effect to the estimated persons inside. Putting several trash bins will also help the shop to be clean at all the times. 

Well Trained Employees (Man-power)

Computers alone are not the only factor that will make the business become more productive. Employees play also a vital role. Their professional and interpersonal skills can be an asset of a business against its competitors. Giving importance to the employees can motivate them to do their work more efficient. E. Proposed Marketing Programs

This part of business plan is where most businesses put most of their effort especially when the demand of the service is low. That is why; marketing program is used to spread what a business offers. It may be added to your expenses and usually it is a bit costly but at the end of the day, if the service goes up then your expenses for this program will be covered up and increases your profit as well. So it is really important to choose the best options to make the demands higher. Below are the lists of proposed marketing programs focusing on marketing strategies:



Advertising

In a place like Sariaya, several radio stations can be heard through listening FM on establishments, houses and even public utility vehicles. Putting an advertisement using radio stations can be utilized in making the business known to others even though they live on areas where the computer shop cannot be seen. 

Flyers

Flyer is another type of advertisement in a form of paper that distributed to perspective customers.



Social media

Advertisement using social media is the easiest and cheaper type. Almost all of the people have accounts on social media. The only thing that

needed on advertising business on social media is to have an account. Posting and tagging the advertisement of business is easy to do.

F. Projected sales It is important to record your sales to see if the business is growing or not. It also helps us to have an accurate data and basis on the succeeding years. The costumer contributed in the first week is P 15,773.00, for the second week P 11, 390.00, for the third week P16,744.00 and for the fourth week P16,596.00. The total that collected for the whole month is P 60,503.00.

CHAPTER V PRODUCTION (PRODUCT/SERVICE) Introductory Paragraph The Production contains first (1st) the Service specification where you could see what is the services that the business offers. Second (2 nd) is the Production process where you could see how the services are given and distributed to the target market. Third (3 rd) is the Plant size where you could see how large is the business and what are the details of the plant to be built. Fourth (4th) is the Machine and Equipment is where you could see the machines and equipment that are used in the operation of the business. Fifth (5 th) is the Plant location is where you could see the specific area where the business is going to be built. Then the customer will start to use the computer. If the customer needs to print something he/she will ask to the server to be able to print it. When the customer is already done he/she will go to the server to pay.

A. Plant Size The lot measures 100 square meters and our business is located in Sariaya, Quezon. Our firm is near located at College of Sciences, Technology and Communications, Inc.
