Dear David, I am the CEO of Hudson corporation, the luxury luggage brand. I would like to discuss with you some ideas that I have decide together with other colleagues at the meeting that could allow the Hudson Corporation to be successful also in Europe. In particular, I would like to focus my attention on two market strategies, which are hire a top designer and develop sales using e-commerce. First of all, in our opinion hiring a top designer could be a decision that could bring us closer to a wider clientele. In fact, since the suitcases are not cheap, associating a name of an important designer to the brand could guarantee greater safety among customers. Moreover, by studying and analyzing the e-commerce most used to buy things in Europe, we could approach this site and sell the luggage on this platform at a lower price so people can be sure of receiving what they want as they already know and use the platform, but they also have advantages.
