For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you answer them. Dress up. Look professional. Pay attention to your body language. Show you really want to get that job. 1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently? If I could start my career again, I would focus on learning international relations. 2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most? During my performance evaluation, the criticism I usually hear is hearing the different opinions. 3. 4. What is your work philosophy? My work philosophy is based on working for a living, without pretending to make more money than I need. 5. The best manager I have ever had has a special preparation, studies and practices, with his own personality and very ambitious. 7. What were the most memorable accomplishments in your last position? My most memorable achievements were creating an initiative to improve the company's production process 8. Why do you want to leave your current job? I want to start a new stage in my life and obtain new achievements. 9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do things better? In my previous position the learning time was one week. 10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?
